Byron came a day earlier since he was in the area. He communicated well via email prior to the visit.
He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, and discussed optiobs with me. He repaired the diosal and got it into working order. I then asked if he had time to take a look at an upstairs toilet.
He gave me an estimate, and went ahead to change a part.
Byron resolved both plumbing problems while chatting amiably during the visit.
He was very pleasant and informative.
I will definitely use this company again.

Recently I had a pipe burst in my home damaging 2 floors, and found out I had the horrible poly buthenal (sorry for the spelling, I still don’t know how to pronounce it). I needed all the pipes in my home redone and fast. Called on Friday, and Byron came on Saturday. I had a window of 12 – 2 for him to come out, he called me at 11:45 letting me know he was 5 minutes away. Extremely punctual! He told us exactly what he was going to do and sent us the invoice. There were no hidden charges, we felt extremely comfortable with him. We now have a plumber for life. We will use him for all our plumbing needs. He is absolutely amazing. If anyone needs a plumber I’m recommending him! !!
