Norton Enterprises

My wife and I just purchased our first home. And the first thing that *had to go* was the 1974 wood paneling throughout the house. We also wanted to update the vaulted walls with some neutral colors
After doing my own research on the best way to paint the paneling, I started calling and interviewing painters that my friends recommended.
When Dan, (Norton Enterprises) came though to do his estimate, he thoroughly impressed me with his knowledge, and helpful, positive attitude. He quickly convinced me he knew exactly how to handle that paneling.
Then he started asking questions and giving suggestions that went far beyond any of the other quotes I’d had.(i.e. Had you thought about carrying that color onto the adjacent wall? /​See those nail-​pops in the ceiling? I’ll add a few screws so it doesn’t happen again. /​etc…)
He got back to me the next day with his estimate– broken down like an «ala carte menu». His price, while certainly not the cheapest, was reasonable. And I felt entirely confident that they’d do a great job, so I hired them.
Dan and his team arrived right on schedule and got right to work protecting and prepping the area. They did a fantastic job all around and suprised me by finishing a full day early!
The quality of work is obvious. All their cut lines are sharp, the painted surfaces look exactly like the color sample swatches we did. And I defy you to find those nail pops I mentioned earlier.
They also cleaned, vacuumed, and put everything back the way it was. The only evidence that they had just painted was the lingering scent of fresh paint.
And that old wood paneling? Now that it’s perfect white it looks like we just had wainscoting installed!

We have used Norton Enterprises for both interior and exterior work and have always been extremely pleased with their work. Their pricing is highly competitive, especially when you consider the quality of their work. Dan and his crew are all very professional and incredibly nice. If any issues crop up after the fact they address them promptly and, in our case, gratis.
Dan also helped us come up with an alternative wall treatment for a very challenging section of our house. We were skeptical at first, but once the work was done we love it and we receive compliments from everyone who sees it. Without his advice we probably would have resorted to using wallpaper, which was definitely not something we wanted to do.
