They finally closed this store down. I am glad because they were unfair in their pricing and rude, rude, rude.

My review is for those who might be wishing to consign items here. My recommendation is to find somewhere else — anywhere else — to take your things. The employees here are rude and act as if they are doing you a HUGE favor by agreeing to look at your items. They take days to look at the items and — in my experience — do not offer fair prices for them.
I look at the items on the floor, and how they are priced. Then I look at what they offer me to buy my items. In my opinion, they are not offering a fair price.
The last time I was in there, the woman in front of me at the counter ended up leaving with all of her consignment items, rather than accept the unfair prices that were being offered. We ended up doing the exact same thing.

Huge selection of children’s gear and clothing. Everything I’ve seen is in great, gently used shape. The prices are comparable to other similar stores.
The employees are friendly and greet you, offer assistance without having to be asked, they wear uniforms so you can easily identify them, etc…
The owner is also very nice and he is hands on making sure his business is run well. I suspect his example of customer service is why his employees are also so good.
Best of all, this place is very well organized. The isles are wide with neatly arranged merchandise. The other place similar to this I shop at is disorganized with so much stacked up on itself that you can’t see merchandise thru all the clutter. This place is big and open and easy to navigate. I walked right in and found everything I’d been looking for at another used children’s gear store but was never available.
I knocked off 1 star for lack of a public restroom.
