If I could give 0 stars I would also. They are horrible. Way over priced($ 22.22 for a shot of lubricant) on top of the $ 120 for the first hour.

Absolutely terrible. To echo a previous poster, I would give them a zero star rating if possible. Guaranteed they would come and fix my door on the spot. Showed up and informed me they did not have the appropriate equipment on hand, but insisted that I will had to pay the $ 120 fee. They refused to credit it towards their return trip, and were completely unhelpful, despite their failure to follow through on their proclaimed ability to show up and fix the problem. Avoid at all costs.

I went to Overhead Doors to inquire about a door opener for my garage! We had just purchased a home as a foreclosure and they did not come with the home. They told me the controllers would be $ 100.00 ea.(I needed two). They were extremely rude and I felt like they were just throwing numbers at me since one person had to ask the next what the price of the controllers were. Went on eBay that night and purchased two for under $ 30.00 brand new in the package! I was not too happy!

** Zero Stars ** If I could select zero stars for this review — I would. I live in a condo that I bought brand new four years ago. The condo included a garage door opener and associated switches, keypads, and remotes from Overhead Door Company. A little over a year of living in the condo, and the plastic cover on the exterior keypad broke — meaning the cover will fall off when you go to open it. And recently the interior switch which contains a «lock» setting to disable the garage door controls — no longer works — the door opens and is not disabled. I stopped in to find out what my options were. Turns out that they can replace the two parts — at a total cost of around $ 200.00. But they will only warranty these two parts for 30 days. Really? I guess I am not surprised — the parts look and feel cheap. I guess Overhead Door knows their parts are crap and won’t last long. So I asked if they had any higher end, more robust switches and keypads I could switch to. The answer was no. And their answer to my dissatisfaction over a 30 day warranty was to advise me to buy a new garage door opener motor — in that case they would warranty those parts for one year. They want me to replace something that still works — just so they can tack on some additional warranty time. FAIL! Since then I’ve found another company, that makes superior garage door systems — much more robust hardware, and it comes with a 5 year warranty. Several of my friends recommended this company and have been thrilled with their quality and service. So I am in process of replacing the Overhead Door hardware and will never use them again. I recommend everyone stay far away from them!
