Been here a few times, never had a good experience, and this time we finally decided to just walk out and will not be back. Almost every single food tray was empty, with naught but dried out old looking remnants in the bottoms. There were only two staff members out, one cooking and one doing the line, and after a 20 minute wait for three people ahead of us, STILL nothing was refilled. I understand a bad day but this location has been like this every time we go. No more.

Well, it has been about two years since anyone has posted a review about this Panda Express location. I’m here to brake the low average! I was kind of worried about coming here after seeing the low ratings, but I decided to go anyway. When I came in, the whole place looked pretty new. It was virtually spotless! There were only two other people here. One of the issues that arose here was the low amount of food. They were low or out of a lot of their food, but that being said, they made up for it by refilling it very fast. Another issue that arose here was a slight language barrier between one of the workers and the customers. The worker(a middle aged girl with blonde hair) had a heavy Russian accent. She understood most of what I said, but I had a hard time understanding her. If you can speak Russian, you would have a better time than I did. The funny thing is she even wrote the orders in Russian on the box(I found that cool)! The food was pretty good and very fresh. I would recommend giving this place another try! Just make sure you are not on a tight schedule!

Not much to say here really. Asian fast food. stand in line and order like at a chipolte… the entrees are basically chicken or beef. You order your side, rice, noodles etc. Tonight I had the shrimp and peking beef with fried rice. It was really not all that great. You get less than average asian fast food at a cheap price.

I’ve been to this place a coupe of times. The food is good. They have good selections and good recipes. The interior is attractive and very clean. The workers are nice. The guy even cooked up some veggies for me one time when they were low. But there is a danger of leaving food sitting out. This is true at every buffet place, and most Tex-Mex places have meals that involve some pre-cooked ingredients. You just have to make sure that the food is taken away before it gets to that point. The last time I ate at this place(do you think I’d ever go back) I became very ill. You know what I’m talking about, worshipping the porcelain deity. I got better. It happens. No biggie. I fired off an email to the corporate just to let them know that I had become ill and suggested that they review the quality control at this place. I wasn’t threatening a lawsuit or asking for any compensation. Hey, you guys, I’m just letting you know that this happened. I received an email from someone in the legal department demanding that I send copies of medical bills. I didn’t have any medical bills. I just had an unpleasant evening. They weren’t interested in when I had gone or what I had eaten. They weren’t interested in improving the process. That attitude really tells you something. First, it tells you that this probably wasn’t the first time someone had become ill at one of their establishments. Second, it tells you the low priority they place on food safety. I had gone to this place at about 4 p.m. long after lunch time and before dinner so some of the food had been sitting out probably for a long time. If you go during the lunch rush, then you’ll probably be ok. You won’t see me there though.

Worst Chinese food I have ever had. Bland, bland, bland and not fresh. Do not waste your money.

I can’t tell you how bad their food is because is didn’t try it. I walked in the restaurant about 7:30pm. I have no idea what time they close bit half of the counter is empty, and the food remaining looks dry and old. Therefore, I walked out. I believe if the food looks bad, 99% of the time it also taste bad.

Chinese New Year brings free samples and great coupons. Of course that means it is extra busy. Super nice people and lots of customers so the food is definitely fresh and constantly stocked.

It’s fast food Chinese food. Portion sizes are super small even with multiple entrees, I want MORE food!!! And I’m a girl, I can only imagine what the guys think!

When they had food to offer it was similar to what I have received from other Panda Express locations… but only when they had food! We tried this location on two occasions both of which were after 8pm and they did not have the items we were interested in available. Very disappointing as they were not willing to make the items as it was«close» to closing time.

I really like this place given the context that it’s fast food Chinese food. I ate at one several times when living in Maryland and was glad to get something togo while down in Manassas. Great price, and fast and easy to get in and out. Something different than that normal fast food. Still wish someone would come out with a healthy fast food choice, but guess I will keep dreaming ;)

I used to enjoy more of the family owned Chinese restaurants; however, these days it seems almost all of them use ingredients from major food distributors, so they all pretty much taste the same. The sad(?) thing is, it caused me to actually start to like Panda Express more, a chain restaurant. With that said, I enjoy Panda Express foods; however, this location in particular did me wrong one day. It must have been a slow day for them, and about an hour and half before closing. I can see they were not busy and more than half of their selections were emptied out. It looked like they did not bother to «cook up» anymore since they were not expecting many customers. I asked where everything was and their first response was«this is all.» Perhaps they expected me to go «Okay» and turn around and walk away, but I had to ask«All gone? No more food?» I saw the employee cringe a little and reply«It will take about… fif…twenty minutes to make. Is that okay?»(hoping I’d back off). I told them I’d wait it out and it appeared they were not happy about it. So here was my friend and I waiting for our food, eventually we got the order, and began eating. There was still an hour before closing, but employees started walking out and about mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash… like they were giving us the hint to «hurry up!» so they could close. That’s just not right. Anyway, it’s a Panda Express… the food is great as any other, but that particular day I was not happy about the service.

So despite repeatedly driving by many a panda express, I’ve managed to never eat at the chain before. I thought I’d give this one a try. I got the mushroom chicken, because it was one of the few entrees that didn’t look like it had been sitting there forever. It was bland, bland, bland. My husband got the orange chicken which had the opposite problem WAY to sweet. Overall not the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had, but far from the best. I honestly won’t be eating here ever again.
