Panera Bread

1 star rating for the wi-​fi. You’re on a time limit so don’t expect to get a lot of work done. Craziest thing ever.

Pumpkin spice latte is good. Whipped cream makes it too sweet. Kids love mac n cheese, always served hot. Great customer service.

This place just keeps getting better. Yes, I know it’s a chain, but they have a place.
They bake their own fresh bread for their sandwiches and… it’s really good too!
They have really fresh quality food and it’s always consistent no matter which store I’ve been to. You get a great variety of healthy choices.
I also like their ½ and ½ special so you get a half sandwich and choice of soup.
They will be rolling out their kiosk system next month.
Gotta love that.
I really like the roast turkey with avocado on sourdough.
Their coffee selection is really good too and it’s good quality.

My last two trips to Panera have been sorely disappointing. Last month I ordered the pick two, acorn squash soup and turkey flat bread. The soup was amazing as always, its actual perfection — which is why I wasn’t terribly annoyed when my flat bread was a sopping mess that consisted of two pieces of spinach, two slices of turkey, and a watery puddle of cranberry «sauce» that all collapsed on itself as soon as I picked it up.
Last night, I ordered the acorn squash soup and a Thai salad. (Odd combo I know, but I have my favorites.) The soup was still perfection. The salad tasted great and I was pretty happy with my meal, until I came across the long black hair at the bottom of the box. Ugh. I placed a «to go» order, so basically at that point there was nothing that could be done about it.
I am a Panera fan, but the almost $ 18.00 soup, salad, drink better be pretty amazing for me to actually pay $ 18.00 for it. I am seeing the quality of food drop pretty significantly in this location, thankfully the service from the employees is still very friendly. I’m not giving up yet, but hopefully someone is reading the reviews and they start playing closer attention to details again soon.

The worst! The ladies there preparing the food obviously don’t know what they are doing. Had to take my food back two times and they still messed it up. All bad, will never go back.

Spent 15 dollars on a crappy sandwich with almost no chicken and a soggy salad. I just wish I had gone to chipotle or noodles and co. Such a waste of money. Go somewhere else. trust me.

Good food, fast service. It’s Panera! What more can I say?

This Panera Bread SUCKS! They don’t do refill for their green tea. In Leesburg they always do free refill, oh well what can I do? I went to a Ghetto area anyway… Duh?!

Ok love this Panera because there is no question where to order. Unfortunate for me I never know what to order, this time I got the Tuna sandwich and soup. The tuna was not very good the soup was ok but the ice tea was good also not very crowded so atmosphere was good.
I was here before and I thought the soup was really good and I read that in other reviews.

i get up early in the morning so i can actually enjoy my breakfast and study without rushing into the start of my day. Well, Panera Bread is the answer to my breakfast when i dont eat at home, especially this one. I just love a nice bowl of soup in the cold mornings and this Panera Bread is the only panera within a 20 minute radius of my home that i have been to that actually serves soup early in the morning around 7:30am. Usually other panera breads would not have the soup ready and im forced to get something off there breakfast menu in which i end up not enjoying as much. I have been to my fair share of panera’s and usually they dont serve soup until 9 or 11 am and the employees are like zombies in the morning, which is understandable, but here I was greeted with a loud welcoming greeting, one in which i enjoyed.

So I thought I wrote a review for this Panera a while back. As it turns out, I wrote it for the wrong location! I live in Manassas, I should know the difference between Sudley and Liberia, right?
This location has become the go to option for take out dinner when I am running late and/​or we don’t have time/​want to cook. The salads are great healthy options, and with a little planning on their website, you can determine what things to leave out and shave off even more calories.
It’s a Panera … you’ve probably been to Panera before and know what to expect from the menu. Generally no issues at this location. Clean, friendly, and fast service. I typically order a Chicken Caesar with no croutons. once they forgot the «no croutons» and started to add them. They realized their error and instead of just taking them off, they asked me if I was allergic to croutons and if I wanted another salad made fresh. That’s good service.
The lone issue I have experienced is that they do tend to forget to ask you what side you want and just assume you want bread, so make sure to tell them you want something else (like an apple) if you don’t want the baguette.

Yet again another horrible experience at Panera bread… MIss Brittani was taking my order and seemed very frustrated at me and impatient. she also made me feel like I was an idiot for not ordering a drink. I was taking the order «to go» and had a drink at work so I didn’t need to spend 3 bucks buying their plastic cup…
She then asked me if I had a panera card to which I said «no» and she just started swiping cards and then shoved one in my hand to which I said «I don’t need this» and she grabbed it back. This is not an exaggeration… Miss Brittani needs to pump the brakes on that attitude of hers and realize the job she is in and if she hates people she shouldn’t have a job that requires her to interact with them.
She also didn’t ask me if I wanted a baguette, chips or an apple and by the time I got my food I couldn’t ask the ladies that were preparing the food because after attempting to several times I realized they didn’t understand me because they didn’t speak English…

I love this place, they don’t judge my fat pregnant ass when I order two meals … For myself

This place is a great place to grab a bite real quick without really feeling like you just ate garbage.
The staff here is very pleasant and quick with food prep.

Fantastic! Broccoli and cheese soup is the best around.

If I have to eat at this place again, I swear I will shoot myself.
Precious likes this place. Precious loves this place, and for the past couple of years she has eaten at this place every weekend sometimes both Saturday and Sunday. I like a variety of breakfast foods: cheerios and corn flakes and sourdough breakfast sandwiches and pancakes and waffles… At Panera they have some breakfast sandwiches and some pastries and the never fail bagel with cream cheese. They have a variety of bagel flavors and veggie spread. But every weekend? Come on. Some times I lay awake at night just dreaming of an egg mcmufin meanwhile knowing full well that it will be Panera’s in the morning.
Precious refuses to go anywhere else.
Well, I guess if it makes Precious happy, that’s all that matters.
I can’t leave this review without mentioning the employees. This place has the best staff anywhere. This guy (the owner or manager or big cheese — whatever they call him) has managed to find the best workers. From the register to the cooks to the people in the back these people work very hard, are very responsible self starters. This guy should write a book on hiring.
Warning: Don’t drink the soda. Every time we went to this place, I got a little sick. It wasn’t that bad, but it was enough that I had to make a stop at home base before I could go anywhere else (I don’t like using public restrooms for these purposes because it doesn’t give me the privacy that I need) which is inconvenient because we’d go to this place first on a Saturday or Sunday, and then we’d go to the farmers’ market or shopping. For a long time I couldn’t identify just exactly what was causing my intestinal discomfort. I tried a bagel. Then the egg soufflé. Then the breakfast sandwich. Then I suspected that it might be the soda so I smuggled in a can of Guarana or Coke, and I haven’t gotten sick since so I just bring a can of soda, and I’m ok.

The service has gotten better. For a while there food orders were getting screwed up. I am happy to say that when I went here on Saturday the food and service was Great!

They’ve got good food and free internet. What else could you want?
