If I could give this particular store a «0» I would. I ordered a pizza at 3:38 this afternoon(not exactly a high demand time of day). It took well over an hour to be delivered(1:22 to be exact). When I opened the box, I discovered that the order was wrong, and items were left off the pizza. I called the store and spoke to an employee and explained what happened. She indicated she could remake the pizza and redeliver it in … guess what… over an hour again(because it’s now rush hour!!) or give me $ 8 off a future order. I said well, given only those two choices I’ll take the $ 8 off, but I don’t know when I’ll use it again since it had been a LONG time(over a year) since I had ordered from this store in the past because of the very issue of the orders not ever being right. She said I had to use the phone number(not the website) to order and repeated back an old cell phone number I had more then 2 years ago. I said that is a bad number, can you change it. She replied, «Well you’re the one that ordered with that number and that’s the number I have to use for the discount.» She had a really snippy tone to her voice that really sent me off. I then said that’s enough, let me speak to the store manager. She said, I am the store manager. I said fine, then give me a number for the district manager, franchise owner or corporate. She said, he’s not here. I said fine, give me the main corporate customer service phone number. She said 800-PIZZAHUT and hung up on me. Guess what… that ain’t the phone number. I must say though, that once I found the correct number(filling out an e-form to complain only infuriates me more!), the young lady at Pizza Hut corporate customer care was very helpful and thorough. Nothing will ever be done with this, but I felt better venting. If the STOREMANAGER is this rude and obnoxious, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. $ 20 worth of food in the trash. It will be a cold day in H#LL before I ever order a Pizza Hut pizza ever again … steer very clear of this store!!!

I’m new to the area in search of a go to pizza place. This will not be it, unfortunately. I ordered their Sunday special. It took nearly 2 hours for my delivery to arrive. It was barely warm when it got here. The pizza was okay. Their cheesy bacon fries were good, but nothing special.

It’s Pizza Hut, fast food pizza with average ingredients and no care and love put into the food. But, if you’re going for fast food pizza, it works in a pinch. Sometimes you just need cheap pizza. This Pizza Hut’s issue is that you never quite seem to get what you order. You want a 2-Liter of soda? You will NEVER get it. Out of three orders, I’ve NEVER received the drink. I don’t know why I keep thinking«I’ll finally get it!» but… no. The drivers are always apologetic, and promise to go get it and BRINGITRIGHTBACK! But they never do. Raising a fuss over a $ 2 drink isn’t worth the effort, but I really hate that the drivers have no issue lying to your face. Why promise to make things right if you have absolutely no intention on doing so? The food’s subpar to average depending on what you get(their pastas are pretty decent). But the quality of the service is abysmal.

Extremely poor customer service. It took me 15 minutes to order a pizza over the phone and the lady who answered the phone is really rude and doesn’t even know their own menu well. I said I want 16 pieces of sweet chili wings, tradional bone in(1. She said they don’t have it. I don’t understand you.)(2. She said traditional is one option, bone in is another option. You can only choose one.)(3. She ask me to just order online.) At the end I decided to hang up and just order the pizza at Joe’s. Pizza hut, please train and educate your staff. PLEASE!!!

Need to hire more drivers. Delivery time is always 1 hour plus. I even called once and they didn’t have ANY drivers come into work so they were only offering carry out. Never ordering from here again

Somewhat inconsistent quality of food. Today my simple personal pan cheese pizza was all dough and cold. I don’t eat pizza often but when I do I usually choose PH. Perhaps I need a new location.

8÷14÷2013: I wanted to update my review because I believe the service has improved. So okay, I lied. I did end up ordering from here again. Anyway, overall, their service is hit or miss. Sometimes I get decent service, other times I get grumpy lady. I will say that they seem to have a problem with having their pizza’s ready by the time you get there. For that reason, when they say«It’ll be ready in 15 – 20!» I go at about 25 – 30 minutes to make sure I’m not sitting there waiting. I would give this place 2.5 out of 5 but I’ll round it up to 3 to be nice. I’ve only been to this place once, and it sucked. I called ahead at 6:50pm one day and asked for a Large Pepperoni Pizza. They said, «Sure! Pick it up at 7:15!» So okay, I roll in at 7:15 asking for my pizza, and it wasn’t ready. It wasn’t ready until 7:45. Really? 55 minutes for one pizza for pickup? I could’ve had it delivered just as fast. The staff seemed very nonchalant and one lady was kind of rude. The«sorry for your wait» remark when they finally had the pizza ready seemed very disingenuous as well. This place is literally 1 minute from my house but I will never order from them agan due to the pizza taking way too long and the poor customer service.

Ordered the stuffed crust and thin crust, both were good. My pizzas arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule. The driver was polite. I gave a nice tip. Not sure what the heartache is about on the fellow below. Mentioning another competitor is a dead give away.

This is not far from where we live. Precious likes wings, and she likes the wings from Pizza Hut so we had been going to this place from time to time. At times it’s been very disappointing. One time our order included a 2-liter Pepsi, and we had it delivered. When the dude came, he didn’t bring any Pepsi. I had to make a run to 7 – 11. Then one time Precious called, and they didn’t have any wings. What? They didn’t have wings. I counted, and they various signs that say«Wing Street» 8 times right outside the storefront. They had plenty of signs. Oh they had more than enough signs. The only problem is they didn’t have wings that day. There is a supermarket located in the same shopping center. Send Jimmy over to get some wings and some sauce. But for crying out loud if you’re going to have the phrase«Wing Street» 8 times on your storefront window, you should expect that some people will come in looking for wings. And another thing that bothers me. They have a parking lot 30 feet from the front door. But their delivery drivers park in a «No Parking Fire Lane» zone anyway. It’s only a few extra steps to a legal parking lot. Their blatant disregard for society’s laws I find off-putting. Joe’s Pizza is a block away, and they have great pizza.
