We had a pretty bad experience at Public Storage on Sudley Road in Manassas. Jemal was the guy who helped us and had the personality of a wet mop. He was very unaccommodating and made us feel like we were bothering him. He wasn’t very knowledgeable and frankly didn’t seem to care. It should also be noted that Jemal had his pants sagging below his butt… really professional. Public Storage really needs to review their training program because this guy really missed the boat if he was even trained at all.

I went into the Public Storage on December 17th to purchase a few boxes and the most helpful associate assisted me. April was a huge help in deciding how many and what size I needed. She was very pleasant and really made my day.

I had a pleasant experience. Katherine was very helpful. I would give the unit 5 stars if it wasn’t for the surprise fees ($ 17 additional for the lock and $ 11-​$ 15 additional per month for insurance –which is not optional).

First of all, the prices online are not accurate. I reserved a 5×6 space, with 1 $ first month and 20 $ fees, then the next month supposed to be 41 $. I arrived there and surprised with something else, I paid for the first month 53 $ and Am checking m profile online and I found that the next amount due after two weeks is 53 $. I guess they should include everything in the price when you book online, not go there and found surprises !
