So, I have been going here for over 10 years. First with my mustang and now with my 2013 edge. I have to say that this past year it has been really slipping. The hours say 7 – 7(great because in this area 9 – 5 is impossible) BUT? As of today this is the 2nd time I was turned away for service. Both times I came in at 5 – 5:30 on a Friday. The first time was for an oil change and today it was just an inspection. All I can say is if you can’t provide a service in the hours you set then change your damn hours. I’m really sick of not just poor service but NO service!!!

Decent service, friendly staff. I took my car in here because I had a special reward, as well as the fact I’m trying to find somebody a bit cheaper than Jiffy Lube but also does a good job. There is no high pressure sales, they get your car in and out fast and efficient(despite them almost losing my tire lock), but they did put it back where I told them to, and they gave me a nice progress report on the car. They were also very honest with me too, no ifs, ands, or buts. Now I also realize they do tires as well, so if my car happens to need new tires in the future, I know where to go. They handled my car with care, and came back in the condition I took it into. I’d bring my car back.

Pretty good service, courteous and knowledgable staff. They accomplished in 40 minutes what Sears Tire and Auto could not even begin to start in 2 and a half hours.

Toby at Quick Lane has always been exceptionally helpful. I have all my cars and trucks service here. They inform you of what the car needs and what it will need in the future. They do not have high pressure sales or make you feel guilty when you turn down a service like changing the air filter. They know that many people in this area take pride in doing some of their own small services like an air filter.
