Missed three scheduled appointments. Claimed miscommunication. He had spoken to me Friday evening at 8:30 pm so knew we expected him Monday. After waiting 2.5 hrs I called him. He answered, told him I was upset at situation and he blew up. Said he «didn’t need this» and would not do job. RUDEANDUNRELIABLE! I only said I was upset which I was after waiting. His reaction was completely inappropriate. I would not want him in my house with such an explosive temper.

They were very prompt, called before they were scheduled to come– were about ½ hr early, which I welcomed. I had two technicians troubleshooting the A/C– a high rise central A/C(2 other companies I called did not service these kind of units). They quickly found the problem, had all tools with them and worked quickly and efficiently. They were available for an appointment within 24 hours, and didn’t have a 4 hour window, but 2 hour appointment window which I appreciate too. The initial charge for appointment and diagnostics is higher than most, also, the charge is for coming out there, there are no deductions for work performed within the first hour. So any additional work is charged by the item worked on. The technicians were courteous, friendly and professional and worked quickly-no time wasted. I would recommend them and have done so to our Condo Management

Great HVAC contractor!!! I’m very satisfied with the service this company provided. The problem was solved very quickly, the tech was polite and explain everything he did to me. Thank you for such great customer service!!!
