Re-Surface

I had a terrible experience with these unprofessional people. let’s start by saying how they had to reschedule and it was a inconvenience to me. then when they did come it was almost 6 pm and the guys pulled up put a 5 gallon bucket of sealer from truck spread half bucket out and vanished… what a joke. no oil treatment. .no Crack seal.nothing.and I called office several times and yes we will get back to you but it never happened. it’s like pissing $ 70 down the drain. what a bad company and they have such simple work to perform.. I’m not done with this company yet… it’will do whatever it takes so they don’t get over on another customer..

Bad experience with these guys. Great price quote, very competitive. Trouble started once I began to schedule after I took a day off to meet them.
Their mix up cost me a days wages as they had to reschedule.
They did an adequate job when they finally came, did some damage to my siding by the garage in an area where it was not very noticeable until you edge near the house.
Got nowhere when trying to speak to a manager once they had left the site.
Not worth the headache, never again…

I had a pretty bad experience with this company. They were originally scheduled to come out on Thursday June 26^th to reseal my driveway. On June 25^th I received a voicemail from them stating they were overbooked and needed to reschedule for the 27^th. (The forecast showed rain Friday but not Thursday).
At some point on Friday a big storm swept through the NOVA area. When I arrived home from work about 6pm (on the 27^th) what I saw was a disaster. My driveway looked worse then before it was resealed. Most of the sealant they had put down had washed away from the driveway, there was also a lot of sealant splatter on my front stoop. Also they had put up a plastic tarp in front of my garage door and the stairs leading up to my neighbor I guess in attempt to stop the splatter from happening which means they were well aware it was going to rain. They also had pulled up a bunch of my front garden paver stones for whatever reason and didn’t put them back. They had also left a bill on my front door.
I took some photos of the mess and the bill and went inside to give them a call. The problem obviously being Friday afternoon they were now closed for the weekend. I also emailed them the photos and asked them to call me. Again on Sat. I called and left another message, I didn’t want to even attempt putting my car on the driveway yet. Finally Sunday someone knocks on the door and he said he was coming by to check the driveway. He said he would come back Monday to fix it and powerwash the front stoop, but I should call the office.
Monday the 30^th I called and they said they would get someone out later in the week to redo the driveway. At this point I said that was unacceptable as it had now been 3 days since I could use my driveway. They then said they would send someone out that day.
When I got home from work, they had indeed redone the driveway and it looked much better, but they had missed a few spots as well as the stoop was not power washed, there was a note on my door stating they didnt have access to water and I needed to call the office to schedule another appointment. I called the office the next day and told them I had turned the rear hose bib and they said they would get someone out there.
Finally on July 11^th someone came out and power washed the stoop (they did a decent job) though not surprisingly they didn’t fully turn off the water valve and we found it dripping the next day. Also they did not reseal the spots that they had missed the first time.
Overall I was not impressed with anything this company did and would not use or recommend them.
