They came out to fix my hot tub, twice. Second time I was told needed a part, 250.00. After that did not work the service provider said,
«I told you you need s new hot tub.»
Oh really. If that was true, why the 250.00 part?

The store manager Ryan Saunders is the rudest customer service person I’ve ever had the «pleasure» of dealing with. I’m shocked that a person would treat me the way he did. Will never use them again!!!

Great team here. I’ve done business with Greg for a couple years. One of the best rates around for moving tubs, never had any damage (he’s moved at least 5 for me). Straight shooters, good prices, honest people. You won’t go wrong here.

I did not buy my hot tub from here but I do buy all my chemicals here. The staffs advise always is right. I have used other hot tub places and my water was always off. The other place has a fancy machine to analyze the water but that’s it. the other place advice doesn’t work. I have a broken jet. The staff keeps telling me just turn it to the left and it will come out. I tried and tried. Now that I’m changing the water I tried again. Damnedest thing. They were right again. It piped out! I called about cleaning the filters with the chemical I bought. They took the time over the phone and explain the different options such as soaking them or using the dishwasher. After hearing the pros and cons wife said stay away from my dishwasher. I’ll follow her advise this time!

I love this place. I have bought both a hot tub and a jukebox from these guys. I dealt directly with the owner and they installed the hot tub free of charge. I will go back… have my eye on an arcade game.
