Both the doctor and the technician were very professional and courteous, but the administrative folks lefta little bit to be desired. They seemed more interested in carrying on their conversations than helping their clients. Not as rude as another reviewer encountered, just terse and uninterested.
I suppose I’m mostly upset the woman who took my copay didn’t offer me a pair of disposable granny glasses after my eyes were dilated. I had a pair in the car, but had to walk squinting and stumbling out to the parking lot. It’s the little things, people!
