I have practiced yoga for several years –at gyms, with private instructors and at other studios. I can’t say enough good things about The Yoga Connection. The studio offers personalized and professional instruction from knowledgeable, friendly instructors; flexible payment options; a wide variety of class offerings and times; and a great atmosphere. Each member of my immediate family has taken classes there, too – my marathon-​running husband, my high school athlete daughter, and even my mom, who is 80. We are proof that The Yoga Connection has a class for everyone!

I love the yoga connection. I just moved to the area and have taken two of the prenatal sessions. This last session I had to stop midway and the studio refunded my money by way of a flex card. I didn’t even have to go in to get the flex card an email was all it took. I really appreciate a business that is understanding. The atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. I love that all the props are provided. I always feel great after going to the yoga connection, looking forward to starting up again after my baby is born

I’ve been taking classes at The Yoga Connection for 3 ½ years. There are several levels of classes from beginner to advanced, also a restorative class and a tai chi class. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and personable. They emphasize correct form, and take care to give students individual instruction when needed. The owner is flexible with method of payment, meaning you can pay for an entire semester at once or pay per class, or buy a flex card. You can make up missed classes by attending comparable classes given at other times. The setting is calm and friendly. All props are provided. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
