Triple S Termite Pest Control

I went out one weekend to dig up the weeds in my front flower bed. As I turned over a shovel full near the foundation of my house, I found hundreds of little things that looked like big white ants. I had a bad feeling that they were termites, so I came here to Unilocal to find a highly rated company and found Triple S. I gave my husband their number (I had to work and he was off) they came out right away and determined they were indeed termites and gave us a great estimate to eradicate them. Again, they came back quickly, were extremely nice and fixed the problem. We got a 1 year warranty and offered a yearly maintenance service if we wanted it. I highly recommend them and would definitely call them again for any pest problem I encounter.

Wow, an exciting review about pest control right? Not a great restaurant, just people who kill bugs for a living. I have a bit of a bug phobia so after nearly three years of living in my house after finding what looked like little ants with wings in my laundry room, I called Triple S.
They sent someone out the next day, he confirmed my little swarmers were indeed swarmer termites. Not the news I wanted to hear. He outlined a plan for addressing the issue before they got the best of my house and presented me with several options: just termites, termites and pest control or pest control only. No brainer — I was going with the termite control at least. I’ve had issues with ants recently as well — I imagine the rain, heat and the fact that I feed hummingbirds and they leave their little specks of sugar poop on my deck have something to do with attracting the ants. So I made the decision to go with both the termite plan and the pest control.
The gentleman who came out and provided the estimate was very professional and friendly. He quoted me two prices — one for paying in advance for a year that saved me a percentage of the cost or the down payment and monthly with no savings. I decided to pay for the year in advance.
We scheduled the termite control and pest control service for the same day. Basically, Triple S drilled holes in my garage floor (near the laundry room) and injected a substance in the ground to take care of the termites. They additionally placed termite bait around the home to ensure the forager termites ingest toxins and then carry these toxins back with them to the colony, where they will share the lethal bait with their nest mates. Triple S comes back to check the baits quarterly.
Before my scheduled pest control service, I had another issue with ants. I called Triple S and they sent someone out the next day. No indoor treatment was required. They found the trail and treated the outside of the home. Since I have older cats, I appreciate not using the toxins inside the home.
I had my second pest control service last week. I am impressed that the same person comes out to do my treatments. I am impressed with the company’s and technician’s responsiveness and professionalism. I don’t want to have to use a pest control service, but since I have no choice, I am glad to have found Triple S. Oh — prices are fair as well and they email reports of what they found and treated each visit. Highly recommend!

Ben using Triple S for years, and the service is great. I love the fact that the same guy comes every month year after year. There is something to be said for a pest control company that has limited employee turnover. They do a great job, and we have had no problem with ants or other bugs since they started treating our rural home years ago.

I was very pleased with Triple S from my original phone inquiry to job completion. As a woman that lives alone I am cautious whom I allow in my house. The Triple S representative arrived (on time) and professionally dressed in the uniform described by the person I made the appointment with. The rep. was professional, congenial and informative. He explained why I had an ant infestation and gave me tips on how to avoid a further infestation. My ant problem was eradicated and I didn’t have to move out for a week! I recommend Triple S without reservation.
