2nd time here. Fun place, very attentive and friendly staff and owner. Clean with no B.S. clientele just nice people. Definitely will keep coming back.

Been here multiple times. It’s 5 stars for what it offers. Cheap affordable place to chill and play billiards.
Music system is great but it sucks if it gets so loud, I don’t enjoy playing pool if I can’t talk to someone in an inside voice. It can also not be great if another group is paying for and controlling the music playing stuff you don’t like — but these things can all be placed into your hands if you pay into the jukebox machine.
Food and stuff is available.
If I had the option to I would do 4.5÷5 instead, as some of the tables are kinda bad. All in all it is great for what it offers!

Need a cheap night of pool? This is the place.
It’s not chic or stylish, in fact it’s décor is pretty mis-​matched. But that’s fine. No one goes to a pool hall expecting much. It’s a decent size, if not a bit snug. They have a great sound system that definitely makes playing pool more fun with friends. The service is great. They always have a great attitude and treat their customers with respect.
Value is also great. Prices are very fair and worth every penny. I am without a doubt a returning customer and I’m bringing my friends with me!

Meh… It’s an okay pool hall. Beers are cheap, although the tap wasn’t working when I was there. Lots of pool tables. Not much of a bar though. The place smells like an old bowling alley or roller skating rink, which means your clothes and hair will stink when you leave.

My favorite spot in Manassas by a longshot! Awesome pool deals during the weekdays and great drink deals as well. After a long day at work I like to flip the birdie to Hard Times as I head down to play pool here. Down-​tempo atmosphere and an owner that treats his customers like gold. He always has time to ask me how I’ve been and if I’m lucky he will throw me a couple free songs on the jukebox. Normally I’ll go in here expecting to stay an hour and end up staying for four. Sometimes the crowd is interesting but it’s a hidden gem in Manassas and a place where I feel very comfortable spending money. Keep up the good work!

It’s cheap, it’s not glamorous but if you want to hang out with friends and just enjoy a few games of pool this is a great place to go. Food isn’t real expensive and it’s not gourmet by any means but again… It’s a pool hall, haha. The chicken tenders and the tuna melt are my personal favorites. Check this place out.

10 stars, A+ place. Friendly and fast staff, awesome owner, great tables and cues and not over-​priced. Whetzel’s is a pool hall, not a bar with pool tables. If you’re around Manassas and looking to shoot, Whetzel’s is the place to go. They’ll keep the place open until the sun comes up the next day (literally) if there’s still people playing. I love the place, have been going there 10 years now.
