SO convenient but anytime I try them again they STILL mangle the collars. What the heck? Horrible.

Generally good service. We use them frequently for delivery service.
One complaint though is holiday scheduling. During a holiday week they do not modify the delivery schedule from m/​th or t/​f even though they do NO deliveries on Wednesday and could potentially mange to continue service. They simply do NOT pick up.
Over time this situation becomes increasingly annoying. As customers we still manage to squeeze a normal work schedule into a shorter week. A small complaint.
