Wonderful experience! Every single person we dealt with was an absolute pleasure! Cody(I think that’s his name) gave us a fair and honest appraisal and was very professional and nice the whole time. Jessica D closed with us. Very nice and courteous. I’ll definitely be back! And I’m spreading the word. They’re all great!!!

He said it would take an hour and a half. I was there first thing and stood in the cold for 15 minutes so that I could be first in line. Three hours and I’m still waiting…

These guys are less knowledgable about their products than Best Buy and don’t do a very good job of installation. They don’t check their work before they tell you it’s done, nor do they explain everything clearly before or after they install the product. I purchased 2 mobile start systems for my family Acuras. They guaranteed me that they knew how to work on Acura because, after all they are in West County and we have to install in the finest cars. My daughter got her car back and the installer did not check his work cause the doors would not lock while the motor was running — that’s a big problem. My son got his Acura back and the trunk lock would not work. Salesman then informed after everything was done that he could install a new relay for $ 40 to make the trunk work. If we had known this in advance we would’ve paid the money but now they both have to go back to get problems corrected. I suggest you go to Best Buy and get it done right the first time, the cost is the same at the end.

This place is a rip off I wouldn’t suggest any one to go here. They have ruined my stuff and made me spend a lot of money to get it fixed. They don’t know what they are doing and don’t know first thing about customer service.

reading all the reviews on here are funny mostly people who don’t have a clue how car audio works and think that it’s only a couple a wires to hook up and shouldn’t take long, better yet it’s cheaper online sure you’re not buying from a authorized retailer so you have no warranty and it’s refurbished rebuilt open box or whatever. I use to work in car audio in Florida and it’s the same down there customers think there audio expert buy repeating something they read on a audio forum but do not understand and that only makes you look stupid or they watched a you tube video or read online somewhere and now they think they know it all. I bought a head unit that’s a radio for all you people who don’t know and some speaker’s from these guys pay a little more than online but I went in an looked at the product in there nice showroom instead of a picture online makes since and i got there warranty for protection for a year and honest opinion and a fair price that’s worth it to me. to the guy that blew up his speaker’s then tried to exchange them that’s not how it works anywhere here Florida or Chicago best buy Walmart or anywhere the manufacturer warranty covered manufacturer defect not you overdrive them and get a free pair that’s not how it works anywhere period. and if they were defective they would have never played out the box so even if you put them in the box and mail them back to the manufacturer they will test them determine you overdrive them/blew them up the warranty won’t cover you being stupid.
