Big Bob’s Floors and Kitchens Today

Out of all the places I have visited while remodeling my bathroom, Big Bob’s Flooring Outlet is the shining star.
Located in the Best Buy/​DSW plaza in Manchester, the location is easy to find, there is plenty of parking, and their customer service is off the charts good. I spoke to Kevin both early in the design process, and during the final hour when I needed special order accent tile for the shower in three days, and he was accommodating, friendly, and professional every step of the way. Moreover, he bent over backwards to get my accent tile ultra-​expedited, calling the vendor and personally assuring me it was good to go. If you’ve ever embarked on a stressful remodel, you know how much that means. And if you haven’t, it’s literally everything.
Big Bob’s also has, by far, the most extensive selection of accent tiles that I have found in Hartford county. From neutral to glamorous, they have everything your little remodeling heart could desire.
I highly recommend Big Bob’s based on my excellent tile experience with them, and I will certainly return for any of my future flooring needs because their customer service is so amazingly on point!
