They are the lowest cost, but do not be in a hurry. The person who comes to quote the job is a salesman. After you sign, you won’t see him again. You get handed off to the scheduling department and a contract crew is assigned your home. This takes weeks to get on the schedule. Forget about having them come back to fix mistakes. Once they are done, they are gone. We will not use them again. We will stick with a painter who not only quotes the job, but also does the work and takes responsibility.
