Worst attitude ever! Tow truck was called by police to clear a car but then refused to tow the car.

Do yourself a favor and cancel your AAA account. Just call Charlie’s and save yourself the hassle of waiting indefinitely for service, because a Charlie’s driver will be out there in no time. As for the previous reviewer who called the supervisor, Jeff, «rude,» I just don’t see it. I’ve dealt with Jeff on several occasions and he only strikes me as a nice guy with a terrific sense of humor (my wife has dealt with him as well, and she agrees).

My car broke down when I was in CT a couple of days ago. I called Charlie’s because they were the closest. They got there in maybe ten minutes, hooked up my car and towed me back to my local (in MA) repair station. The whole experience was quick and efficient. I was in a pretty crappy situation but they made the experience as pleasant as I could hope for.

The telephone guy JEFF was the nastiest and rudest person I have ever been in contact with. He yelled at my brother for waiting inside of the mall which we were stuck at because it was 20 degrees outside. I called again as soon as we got home asking for a manager or supervisor to file a customer complaint about him. Sure enough, he «is the supervisor». I continued to tell him that I thought the way he talked to both me and my brother was very rude and he literally screamed at me. At the top of his lungs screamed at me. Saying «Poor babies had to wait inside because it was cold out. You’re a waste of my time and my drivers money…» All in all, this was the worst service I have ever had with a towing company.
