The guy who runs the store, Steve Farnsworth, is a thief and a scumbag. One of his associates told me at a Bridal Show at the Manchester Radisson this past winter that they rented navy tuxedos. I make an appointment and pay 40 dollars to find out that there are NO navy tuxedos and there never were. The coral vests he also tried to sell me were pink. Like, baby pink. Nothing looked like they promised me at the show. I tried to get my «deposit» back twice, to be told that it’s «non refundable». I was never told this when I was pressured by him to put the money towards my rental, and i received NO goods for what I paid. Heads up to any bride out there looking for men’s formalwear(or photos, because they run classic photography out of the same building): do not trust him, or any classic tuxedo location in the nearby area, because he runs them all. Zero stars for a sheer lack of integrity and common decency. And that’s non-refundable.

I agree with the other review posted today. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with tux rentals. We were renting tuxes for a wedding. The groomsmen were almost all coming in from out of state, so we all had our measurements done and sent in 2 months prior to the wedding. We all arrived in NH for the wedding 2 days early just to ensure the tuxes fit. We wanted to try them on early that day to address any possible fit issues, but were told not to arrive until after 4pm. BIGMISTAKE. When we arrived to try things on, we were greeted by a grumpy and unfriendly man who seemed more annoyed that we were there than grateful we were giving him business. As each of us tried on our tuxes, a myriad of problems came about. Every single pair of pants looked like clown pants. The legs were HUGE. Two of the groomsmen had pants that seemed 4 sizes too big, even though they were«labeled» the correct size. I put that in quotes, because on most of the garments, there were no sizes or labels to be found, so how they keep them straight is beyond me. Even the girl who was«helping» in the fitting rooms couldn’t find the sizes. When one groomsmen pointed out how poorly the pants fit, the response was«What do you expect us to do about it?»… Excuse me? And the girl who was«helping» admitted multiple times she had no idea how things were supposed to fit or what needed to happen to make them fit. Luckily I work in menswear and have a clue or we would’ve been left to the devices of an incompetent and untrained teenager who only has the job because she’s «pretty». Moving on… The shirts were ENORMOUS. A few of us are smaller and slimmer, but they don’t use any shirts smaller than a 15 neck, which really confuses me. One groomsmen’s shirt was about 5 inches too short in the arm. He asked for a new shirt, and was basically ignored. After trying everything on, we decided we only needed 2 new pairs of pants and 2 new jackets and we could make everything else work. We were told that they would have to be ordered and would be delivered the next day in the afternoon. But we were traveling to the wedding location 2 hours away in the morning. After much debate and an unhappy phone call to the shop from the bride’s father, they reluctantly agreed to have the new pieces shipped to the wedding location instead of the store. So the next day, the new pieces arrive at the wedding location. One pair of pants was 5 inches too short, one jacket was 3 inches short in the sleeves. Both had been previously altered for other customers and obviously weren’t even looked at and addressed for our measurements. We had to pull the hem out of the pants and pin them up for the ceremony. The jacket wasn’t wearable so the original ill-fitting jacket was used instead. We ended up having to pin a new seam up the legs of every single pair of pants because they were so enormous. The shoes were some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever worn. they were so poorly made and looked terrible. All in all, it was just a terrible horrible no good very bad experience. I’ve rented tuxes for half the price of this joke of a place, and received exceptional service and extremely high quality garments. I would never ever ever ever recommend this place to anyone. EVER.

Dear morons of Classic Tuxedo’s in Manchester, NH, I wish I could give you no stars. I was thinking about giving you two, so you can take the extra one and shove it up your derrière. For my best buddies wedding, you provided me a tux that was absolute garbage, even MC Hammer would think I was going a bit overboard… My pants were HUGE, the length was too short, my white collard shirt didn’t fit. When I came to get measurements done(again), you STILL provided me a tux that didn’t fit well. It was the wedding day, so it was too late. The sleeves on my white collard shirt barely came up to my wrist! Now, lets talk about service. I walk into a business where there was a line out the door and 3 of the dense employee’s I think that I have ever come across. I get better service getting weed from my cracked out drug dealer than this place. The only thing that was worth it, was the nice piece of young lady that was there, dumb as foot stool, but I guess that was the only plus of my experience. Later I come to find out that she’s the owners daughter, there’s no way on god’s green earth that she’d get a job anywhere else because she has the worst manners and brain power I’ve ever come across. See you on the pole my dear! There’s a lot more to say, as all of my buddies plan to write a review in the near future, all I wanted to say that I hate you very, very much. Thank you for ruining a very special day for myself, as well as my best friends wedding. Sean P. S. I seriously hate you.

I rented a suit for a friends wedding, besides being way overpriced, they were very unorganized. They shipped the suits to all of the wrong locations, refused to help, causing people to literally drive hours out of the way on the day before the wedding to track down there suits. When we received them, one had broken cuff links, another was missing buttons, and all of the shirts looked very old. I recommend going elsewhere.
