Purchased both hardwood flooring and carpeting. Happy with the carpeting but with the hardwood floor, they were incorrect with their estimation and ended up with 1 unopened box and ¾ of another box. They refused to take the unopened box back, even though it was their mistake. Make sure you get agreement up front that they will take back any unopened boxes.
