DJs Carpet Cleaning

Fast and efficient! I just recently moved into a pet friendly apartment and needed the carpets steam cleaned. I explained my concerns to Don about my sensitivity to certain odors and pet dander. He was VERY thorough in his inspection (as much as getting down to smell the carpet) before he and his son got started. They pretreated the carpets and steam cleaned in a matter of 1 hour. Great family owned business, cannot say one bad thing about my experience. Thank you DJ’s! I will be reccomending everyone in need of your services!

Don and his son are pleasant enough to deal with, but in our case, they did not stand by their work. On our sofa which is a solid color, their treatment wand left zebra stripes on one side and the stripes won’t come off. We questioned them about the stripes and Don’s son assured us that, once the treatment dried, the stripes would disappear. Well the stripes are now part of our sofa.
They twice promised to come back and look at it. The first time they didn’t show up but called on the appointment day to cancel. We rescheduled for the next week but this time Don insisted on a $ 40 service charge to come back to fix the problem. We told Don he had to come at no charge because they had to correct a problem they created. Although he gave us a date to come back, they never showed up or ever called.
We won’t be recommending them to anyone since in our case they messed up our sofa and did not stand by their work.
