As luck would have it, my garage door spring busted on Christmas Eve. I called Drake Reed on Monday and was scheduled for Tuesday between 11 and 1. The service tech (Matt) showed up on time, pleasantly introduced himself, assessed the task and started working within minutes. Even more to my surprise, he completed the job in 30 minutes or less… unassisted. In fact, he replaced both springs on one door, tested the operation, lubed the rollers and cleaned up everything he touched. The work was excellent, service even better, and cost reasonable! Highly recommend these guys for similar work if you need it.
