I like the idea of DSW… a store with rows and rows of shoes, all at a bargain. However, I’m not sure if you’ve heard of the paradox of choice, but basically the fact that less is more. Providing less choices to consumers reduces their anxiety. This must explain
why I feel completely overwhelmed and incapable of making purchases in DSW.
On the other hand, they do have an amazing rewards program and you can get some great deals… That is if you can find something you want… Definitely hit or miss for me. At least the store is clean, well organized and the customer service is pretty good.

I always come here for my shoes because of their great deals and selection but sometimes they dont have the shoes in my size.

As an unabashed bargain shopper, I can usually find some decent deals at DSW. It’s also a wonderful store for formal footwear (I’ve gotten my last three pairs of bridesmaid kicks here).
The store itself is hit or miss. I’ve found the staff to be friendly and extremely helpful but the selection itself is sometimes underwhelming.
I will say that DSW is quite generous when it comes to store rewards. $ 10 birthday bucks and tons of other coupons throughout the year!

In general, DSW can be hit-​or-​miss. You can go a few times and leave empty handed, other times you can find some great deals on great shoes. This location is pretty good and near all the manchester malls and excitement.

Great selection of discounted shoes. Personally, I limit my purchases to the clearance section in the rear of the store. Occasionally, 80% off can be found (yellow tag for the speed browsers). My favorite brands to get here include:
1. Cole Haan, cheaper than the Cole Haan outlet!
2. Coach, again cheaper than the outlet.
3. Sofft
Take your time and check back every couple weeks. You will be richly rewarded!

I like this DSW location because no matter when I go, it never seems to get overwhelming crowded. The selections are decent, but this past Thanksgiving weekend I wasn’t impressed with their sales or selection. The clearance racks didn’t seem to offer much either. Just 30% off of a pair of $ 150 boots? on Black Friday? I’ll go back when those bad boys hit 40−50% off.
