Slowest Dunks in the city of Manchester. I waited 5 mins(I actually timed it) once I got to the window for my coffee, just a coffee no food. During this time no one acknowledged I was there After five minutes of waiting someone arrived to complete the transaction. It had been sitting there the ENTIRE time I hadn’t even been waiting for someone to make the damn thing. All someone had to do was take my payment and give me coffee. This is my absolute last choice of coffee in the city, in fact I will often bypass it and get coffee closer to my destination. This place makes me late Every. Single. Time.

Literally the most pathetic staff I have ever had to deal with at any eating establishment. I am seething after they messed up my order twice. After going to them annoyed I get nothing but attitude from the staff. After calling them out on it I ask to see the manager and she does literally nothing. All the while the idiot staff is laughing to themselves like little middle schoolers behind the counter. I hope the OWNER sees this and addresses their incompetence. Awful humans who show why certain individuals go nowhere in life. Because obviously, the manager does jack. Didn’t even offer to reimburse me for 75% of my order they messed up.

Pretty standard Dunkies. It’s clean, centrally-located, and the staff is friendly and efficient. It is a pain to get in and out of, though. The 293-Granite intersection is hell, and putting a busy restaurant right in the middle didn’t help.
