It’s your typical Dunkin Donuts. The food is fresh, the place is clean, the staff tends to be nice and doesn’t mess up your order. This is more than I can say for some Dunkin Donuts. It’s the only Dunkin Donuts for about 15 to 20 minutes, .and if you decide to travel into Beverly Farms(the next town over), you’ll find the most poorly staffed Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to, so if you’re having a craving, I’d encourage stopping here. The terrible one in Beverly Farms is probably the reason the Manchester location is getting 4 stars instead of 3. After visiting such a bad one, this one just always seems so much better.

For the donuts, Dunkin’s deserves a fat zero-stoitinko. Since they are made in a factory and shipped out, this review isn’t merely an indictment of the Manchester-by-the-Sea branch, but of the whole lousy operation. I ate one last week that I swear tasted like play-dough(and we all remember from our romper room days what play-dough tastes like, right?). I’m giving DD, the Borg-like corporation, two stars, however, cos I like the iced lattes. But stay clear of the donuts. Dunkin’s should consider renaming their stores Dunkin’ Coffee and get out of the donut business. Their namesake product is god-awful.

don’t they have dunkin donuts on the west coast? apparently not… anyway, came to this one over 4th of july weekend with my best friend as we vacationed in manchester-by-the-sea. we really just wanted sandwiches but couldn’t find a sub shop, and at least dunkin donuts had bagels. they were stale and not very good, but at least they had em… and a clean bathroom! didn’t have the donuts or coffee though… nor did i see any cops: P.
