I brought my car here after it had been hit in a parking lot. This was the shop that worked directly with Progressive, the insurance company that handled he claim. The job was done in a timely manor and done perfectly at that. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially when I couldn’t pick up my car exactly the day that it was done. I have used other auto body shops in the past and this was truly one of the easiest auto repair experiences I have had. Thank you Eastern Auto Body! Will recommend to people from not on!

I had the pleasure of using Eastern Auto Body last week and I have nothing but good things to say. from the front office help to the work they do everything was a good experience for me.
I dropped off my car which had a badly damaged rear bumper which I was sure would need to be replaced, they told me they could use a heat treatment to remove the dents and puncture. dropped off my car monday afternoon and it was ready to be picked up Wednesday afternoon. bumper looks brand new, you could never tell it’s ever been in an accident. they even clean your car for you.
i would definitely recommend using eastern auto body.

I’d be very hesitant to use this shop. My vehicle was hit requiring only some plastic bumper pieces for repair and I am not completely satisfied with the repair work. When I went to pick up my vehicle there were imperfections in the paint that I noticed right away and requested them to be resolved. Those were taken care of, but a couple of weeks later I’ve now found a couple of runs in the paint. This was a fairly straightforward repair and should have been taken care of the first time, in my opinion. The guys in the front office were very personable and helpful, but the individuals doing the actual work don’t seem to have the attention to detail that I expected.
