In and out, very easy. Had a great selection of shoes in my size. Associates very helpful.

I walked into the store past three associates and not one of them said hello or welcome me to the store. After looking around for over 10 minutes trying to find the shoe that would best suit me the only thing an associate said to me was excuse me as they walked in front of me. If I wasn’t in such a rush to get a pair shoes and get back on the road would have never of made a purchase at the store. To the management team, this might be a good time to send in the secret shoppers to see what their experiences is.

Bought a pair of slippers, to my surprise they were two different sizes. My mother did not notice this until she wore them for all of 5 minutes. Went to return them and an employee could not exchange them (company policy). Weird, because I beilive it is company policy and an employees job to assure that they are both the same size. I will never shop at this establishment again and would never recommend them to anyone.

This is a good place to buy footwear at discounted prices.
Famous Footwear puts on good sales sometimes offering buy one get one half off. The quality and selection here are pretty good carrying name brands including Nike, Sketchers, New Balance, Puma, Vans, Asics, Adidas, Timberland, Kenneth Cole, and more. Much of the store stocked with ladies shoes, plus kids shoes, and mens shoes along the left side including walking, running, basketball, sandals, work boots, high heels, and dress shoes. Famous Footwear also offers a Rewards card program, which frequent customers can earn gift certificates.
Recently, I picked up a cool pair of Nikes and a pair of Wolverine work boots, both for just under $ 100 during a buy one get the second pair for half off sale. I am very happy with the recent purchases.
