Save your money and just buy DiGiorno at least your order will be correct. Like seriously, they repeatedly got our orders wrong. A drunk toddler would of done a better job of getting our orders correct. House salad looked more wilted and depressed than month old flowers at a graveyard, ordered a vegetarian wrap but received a steak sub instead !!! Apparently this pizza place felt like our order lacked the appropriate amount of protein a New Englander needs to function in this harsh harsh tundra. If you want to order a spaghetti and meatball dinner this is definitely the place to let you down over and over like a dead beat father 2 years behind on child support. I was really looking forward to having hot delicious meatballs in my mouth and all I received was an emo looking pasta with prison red sauce devoid of any meatballs. After my experience with this world class pizza place a little piece of me died on the inside.

Ordered take out twice so far. First time food was excellent so I went back. Second time, person answering phone was undeniably rude. Onion rings were soft and greasy, first time they were hot and crunchy. Chicken fingers were hard and dry. Will give them another chance.

Well I keep trying to like this place but the food and service is not consistently good. When we order delivery or take-out, it is always a gamble if the order is going to be correct or if the order is going to be arriving Hot. When it arrives both hot and correct, this is a pretty good local pizza place to order from. But I have had enough flops that it is not worth gambling taste buds or money, any more, at least until I have gotten over this recent poor experience. Examples: 1. A pasta dish that was LOADED with diced tomatoes after I ordered and said, «NOTOMATOES», for a kid that will eat tomato sauce but NOT tomatoes(I don’t know why) They could not just be picked out of the dish. No garlic bread with the order and there was something else wrong but I can’t remember what. 2. A pizza with mushrooms and extra cheese, to which they added onions.(again, kids and no to onions!) 3. Seasoned fries when they were suppose to be regular.(THEYDOHAVEGREATFRIES but the kids wouldn’t eat them seasoned.) 4. Missing sides that are suppose to come with the order.(that just pisses me off because you pay for the dinner and do not get it) 5. The wrong sides with the order.(I do not want your potato salad or your cole slaw when I say GARDENSALAD) And then tonight, the last straw: 6. I placed a simple order @ approx. 4:10pm. Was told it would arrive in 30 minutes. When 45 has elapsed, I called and was told it was on it’s way. The driver gets here, I check the order. The dinner is missing a side. The driver said sorry. I asked what took so long. The driver said he started work at 5pm and as soon as he walked through the door, they pushed our order at him to get delivered because there wasn’t another driver. The Fries and Burger were cold, as was the BLT. I can eat a cold BLT, but fries and a burger cannot be enjoyed when they are COLD, by me or by my kids. And to make it worse, we are barely 3 minutes away so I should have driven there to get it but I was tired and hot and just got in from working all day and had a crappy commute. So the 20% gratuity was worth it to me. I was given a credit just once, for the tomato snafu, but that really does not do me any good when the kids are hungry, when I am hungry, and the order is wrong. I still gave the driver his gratuity because it is not his fault and he wasted his gas to get here. But I am going to have to be desperate to order delivery from them again.(like desperate as in they are the only place open, or as in, it is a blinding snow storm and they are the only ones in town still delivering)

This pizza is awesome and cheap. This is my new pizza spot now that Château stop delivering pies. Keep up the great work.

Overall, this is a good establishment. Few tips: –If you can, order small pizzas. Somehow, the small pizzas are significantly better than the large ones. The larges ones aren’t bad, but don’t touch the flavor and mouth feel of the small ones. I love Kokos Pizza. But you can’t go wrong with most of the pizza menu. –the salads are underrated here. While a simple iceberg style salad(which I often prefer), try the steak tip, fried chicken or, now defunct, chicken finger salad. Added bonus: dinner size and pita. –don’t bother with the subs. At best they are«fine.» Actually, most of Manchester’s subs are«fine» to «okay.»(the bread, people, think about the bread) — Calzones are Calzones. If you like the pizza you’ll like the calzones. –other commenters notices about customer service ring mostly true. But, you aren’t coming here for customer service. You come here for neighborhood pizza. I don’t need my pizza place to be hospitable.

The Mediterranean pizza is so tasty and it’s always full of flavor. We love to order from here. The down side is their curly french fries taste like elementary school cafeteria food. I have kids so when we order. it is necessary to get French fries. Love the pizza and wraps though.

By far one of the best pizza establishment within a 25 mile radius of Manchester in my opinion. Highly recommend trying a cheese pizza with meatball and ricotta topping! It’s not a menu item but they’ll make just about any combination topping pizza, assuming they have the desired ingredients. HIGHLYRECOMMEND.

They definitely are a good value for the money and the pizza is really cheesy, which I enjoy. However, I always feel like I’m bothering them when I order and the owner never says hello/thank you even when I say hello. He’s often present when I pickup, so it’s clear that the lack of customer service is acceptable. Delivery has been unreliable — I live a mile away, my pizza shouldn’t be lukewarm when it arrives. I generally order for pickup for this reason. I’ll likely give them business in the future, as i feel it’s important to support a neighbor and small businesses owner, but a smile or a thank you would be nice.

We are for sure regulars! They are our go to for pizza deliver. Almost every week we order two or three pizzas. They make a great Greek salad too!

Good Greek-style pizza. Fair prices. Sausage on pizza was great, a little spicy with no fennel seeds :). Mozzarella sticks are good. Rustic pizza is fantastic. Italian sub is ok, nothing special. My only issue — the girls that run the front of the house could be a bit friendlier, and look a little less miserable to be there. I’m not crazy about the girls handling the food and the money, even if it is just putting a sub in the oven to toast. The girls all seem to have a mess of a mop of hair, with no hair nets.

Ordered takeout, the girl kept pushing mayo on a steak sub. A definite no no for me. We repeatedly had to be very direct that no mayo was to be involved. Picked up the order and brought it home. Opened the box and was greeted by a hair hanging out and chilling on the top of my sandwich.(Yes, a very nice touch) First bite in and low and behold piece of crap sandwich was filled with F****** mayo. This will be the very last foray into this out of the box into the fryer and send it establishment.

The food here is consistently good – the most consistent non-chain that I’ve ever been to, actually. I’m really fond of the lamb sub, the lamb is always nicely cooked and the vegetables fresh. Their pizza is pretty standard, but the prices(especially for the specialty pizzas) are low and the pizzas good-sized, so you get a lot of value for your money. And um, it’s a small thing, but the fries are always crispy and well-seasoned. I really like fries, but I’ve sort of resigned myself to getting soggy, mostly flavorless fries from pizza/sub joints. I don’t have that problem with Grand Slam. :) I get delivery from here a lot, they have a low minimum($ 7!) and I’ve never had any problems with the order or the delivery itself. Recommended for delivery/pick-up if you’re in the area.(There’s barely a dining area to speak of, it’s definitely not an eat-in place.)

I was stuck at home one day without a car so I decided to order delivery from here. I got the lamb sub with French fries. Delivery was quick and free if the order was over $ 7. The sub was very nice, lamb was cooked nicely and tasted great with the red onions, feta and house dressing. I think the next time I order, I’ll try their pizza.

Good pizza, great calzones, great subs and pretty fast delivery, we order food for our office 2 – 3 times a week and always happy.

Grand Slam is my pizza joint of choice when it comes to ordering out on the southside on Manchester. Food is consistently good and the people who work here really want you to be happy when you leave. I’ve had a couple orders get messed up in the past, but they are super quick to fix them once you bring it to their attention. The place can get pretty busy on the weekends, but they are efficient when it comes to take out. I’ve never had anything delivered from here, so I can’t speak to that servce.

After some fieldwork in the area, my boss and I stopped here for lunch. Formerly William’s Pizzeria, Grand Slam Pizza serves up pizza, calzones, subs, sandwiches, pasta dinners, gyros, fried seafood, appetizers, salads, baklava, and Coke products from the cooler. A tow truck driver stopped in here too and cried: «No Pepsi products!!» and left. This«order at the counter place» is geared towards takeout and free delivery($ 7 minimum) with a small dining area(3 tables), which is too hot and stuffy to sit in. There are a few framed old baseball photos on the walls. There are two picnic tables outside in front of the building. The other Grand Slam Pizza on South Main Street is bigger and has a full bar with pool table, games, and TVs to catch sporting events. We ordered a Small Hawaiian Pizza($ 7.75) and 2 Diet Cokes($ 3.50). The small round pizza was served to us hot out of the oven in 10 minutes. The doughy thin crust was good, crispy on the outside, not greasy, with lots of tasty toppings(sauce, pineapple, ham, cheese) falling off the pizza. The service here was good.
