I’m sorry to say that I can not give as positive a review of irepair as others have given here. Initially, my service started out great. I had cracked the screen on my android mini. I took it in and had it replaced on the spot. The price was reasonable for this. This was in late June. Fast forward a few weeks, my screen stops working. I couldn’t send texts because the screen wouldn’t read where my finger was swiping, so it would skip and create multiple words instead of one. Swiping between screens was not going so well either. I called to report this since they give you a six month warranty. I was told that they needed to order the parts, which I was agreeable to. Fast forward a week, I still haven’t heard from anyone. I call and was told that they thought they had ordered the parts, but it turned out, they hadn’t. This might have been due to the fact that my order was written on a sticky note. I was patient and was told that the manager would be ordering the parts personally. Again, I was understanding and hopeful that this would be resolved. Fast forward to present time(Sept. 82015). No one had called me. I decided to call due to the holiday weekend messing with everyone’s schedules. The part had been ordered but it had not been received yet. They were unable to tell me when it might come in. At this point, I’d been going back and forth with irepair for two weeks. I’ve given up. If you’re going to provide good customer service, write your orders down on an order form and regularly follow up with your customers to keep them in the loop. A little extra effort and some basic organization would go a long way. This also leaves me in a bind since, by letting them fix my screen, my warranty with verizon is now void. Regrettably, I can’t say that I will ever go back to irepair with any other phone problems.

Brought my phone here with cracked screen. They said it would be $ 100.00. Ok, came back and my LCD was scratched up, all you could see was glue under the screen, and I could lift the screen off with my finger nail. On top of that the screen was not responsive and glitchy. It took an arm and a leg to get a refund too, like they were evasive and almost unwilling to do so unless the manager was there himself, so they had me waiting around for hours. I finally had to track the manager down to get a refund. Even one of the employees who worke for this business at this kiosk looked at the repair and said it was a really bad job. Other places at the mall also told me they dont have good service and are developing a bad reputation. Dont come here…

They are professional at this work. My samsung s4 was broken and they fixed it in 30 minutes. Right now my phone works better than first time. They also unlocked my device. Thanks a lot of. They also gave me warranty for six month. I think that everybody can fix they broken phones, ipads, ipods, kindles and etc.

they fixed my samsung avand’s screen in few minutes. i could not find any other place or technician to do it for a long time. their price is lower and guys are friendly. the most important they use original screen. after fixing phone looks like new. they are the best in their work. strongly advise
