This store is total clusterf*ck and I like it. Random assortment of gourmet food items — both specialty mixes/ingredients and kitchen tools. The sales can be downright amazing but, as in many stores, totally hit or miss. Free samples(those damn pretzels and dips) will suck you in no matter how hard you resist. Le Gourmet Chef is located in the Buckland Hills Mall which isn’t my favorite place in the area — but definitely worth a stop in. You just may find some treasures while you browse.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced, ever. They were unhelpful and rude beyond belief. If you go there you may have a different experience, good luck. Maybe if/when they fire the guy working the floor and the assistant manager they had on duty I will return there to shop.

Gotta agree with Mike here. The best part are the sales. They also tend to have random kitchen items that either can’t be found elsewhere, or can be found but you pay the Williams Sonoma price for them. Free samples are littered throughout the store, so if you’re in the Mall and looking to check out interesting kitchen stuff and to try some pretzels and various dipping sauces, swing in!

This is a kitchen and gourmet food store chain. They offer a variety of kitchen equipment, as well as gourmet foods such as hot sauces, dips, and food mixes. What I like most about the store are the sales. The sales change often and offer a variety high quality pots and pans for decent prices. Sign up for their free membership card which offers even more specials and discounts. There is also another location in Clinton Crossing, that is approximately the same size and offers the same variety. Good Stuff!
