Worst place I’ve ever been… bad service and bad food. The manager thought he was doing a great job. Worst experience in a restaurant. The manager was too worried about his cows ???

I have eaten at this Logan’s and have always had a good experience. This last Monday was an exception. I ordered the BBQ’d chicken and brisket. My wife and daughter ordered the fried shrimp(which was very good). However, my chicken came out so over-cooked it surprised me that both the cook and server allowed it to be brought to our table. From across the table, my wife saw that it was severely over-cooked. I understand that mistakes can occur, but that two employees allowed this chicken to be served shows me a lack of pride. The manager apologized and brought me a replacement in a ‘to go’ box. This piece was better than the first piece, but still on the over-cooked side. When I tried having this piece of chicken for lunch, I threw most of it away as it was too dry to eat. I would have really wanted the staff to take it upon themselves to tell me that the chicken was over cooked so I could have ordered something else.(Posting on my wife’s account).

Food was alright but we ordered a plain grilled chicken and it was so salty we couldn’t eat it. The NY strip was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. The waitress took the chicken off of our bill which we really appreciated. Service was prompt and they were very busy on a Friday night. Over all pretty good.

Food wss ok but the service was worse than normal After sitting there for 10 minutes we flagged a passing server and she took care of us They didn’t have their 2 for $ 14.99 advertised and we had to ask about it And bring a coat.. it’s freezing I’m there

Slowest Logan’s ever! No one there to seat us for about 5 minutes. Filled up on peanuts waiting 15 to 20 minutes for the food. Place was more than half empty. We got there 10 minutes after 12, not like an odd time. Seems like no management today.

Was in town for work and looking for a nice dinner on a Wednesday night. Rib-eye steaks were cooked just right. I got asparagus and broccoli to go with my grilled shrimp and rib-eye dinner and the veggies were good too. Bread rolls were decadent. Peanuts in the shell on every table and you can throw the shells on the floor. Yep… that kind of steak house. Casual and western and good food. Jody our waitress was spot on perfect with timing and suggestions and great attitude but she was evil as she«made» us order the banana crème pie so now I can’t walk. Lol :) Warm cozy western décor, acceptable prices, fresh food and great service. I would go again. Giving it 4 stars since it was good and I would go again but I have had better steaks… but was not expecting great here.

A special thanks goes out to Morgan Holder for showing some southern hospitality and compassion. We’ve never seen a Logan’s as we are from California. We have recently lost of a friend named Logan and wanted to buy a t-shirt in memory. So we pulled of the highway and stopped in. Even though you don’t sell shirts at that location Morgan made it happen. Also a big thanks goes to Liz as she listened to our initial request and took the time to see if anything can be done, she spoke to Morgan for us. Wish we have a Logan’s around here and more importantly that kind of hospitality. You have a couple for good one there. Thanks to both of you.

We waited for an hour for our food at 5pm on a Sunday, our food was cold, steaks were not what they should be! ribeye looked like a minute steak! Awful!!!

Received a gift certificate to here so I took my wife here. Ordered the 8 ounce filet with a loaded potato and a house salad. The bread and salad were great and all was well until my steak came. It looked unlike any filet cut I’d ever seen. Cutting into I knew instantly it was not a filet and the first bite only confirmed it was a sirloin. Asked the waiter if it was a filet and he immediately apologized and said he would get one out right a way and brought a box so I could take the sirloin home. After a while a manager came out with the new steak and I could immediately tell it was undercooked. He asked me to cut it open and see if it was cooked right this time. It was barely seared and raw and even cold in the middle. I said it needed cooked more and that it wasn’t a wellness issue with the first one but the wrong cut altogether. Waited what seemed forever and was going to tell the server when I saw him to just charge me for the sirloin so my wife and I could go when the manager brought it back out properly cooked to medium rare like I asked when I ordered. Long story short I got the wrong cut of meat, then a raw filet and 20 minutes after my wife had finished and we were ready to go I finally got my steak. Of course by then I had lost my appetite so I ate 2 bites and threw the rest in the box with the sirloin and paid my bill. The only reason this place got 2 stars instead of one was the manager had the good sense to comp my meal.

Nothing spectacular. steak was cooked well… med. rare and just warm pink in the middle… but the meat itself wasn’t great quality…, mashed potatoes was good but the sauteed mushroom was way too salty.

I work here so I may be biased but I’m also honest and the food is delicious! The staff genuinely cares and works hard to make sure you have a great experience. Great value and large portions with an excellent selection of menu items to suit anyone(including picky eaters:) If for any reason you have a problem the manager is right there to make sure your dining experience stays a great one. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been where two or three times with my family, and we’ve had good experiences each time. It’s a value place, so I’m not expecting The Palm. But for what I pay and what I get, it’s great. Here are the details: — Salads are fresh. Lettuce is crispy. — Service is good and the servers are patient with my kids. — The dining room is clean, as are the washrooms. — They move pretty quickly. Drinks get refilled. The check shows up quickly. Good. So these folks meet my expectations, so I’m happy. Oh, and the Kickin’ Chicken salad’s a winner if you want something a bit lighter.

Had the onion brewsky sirloin and it was great. My wife had the kickin chicken salad and it was awesome. The price wasn’t bad for 4 people either. Definitly recommend.

Logan’s gets a downgrade from me, mostly because they eliminated my favorite entrée from the menu(Goodbye Big Fat Greek Steak Sandwich) and I have been unable to find anything that suits as well.
