About two weeks ago I ordered a salad and it was less than acceptable. I don’t expect much from mc ds so I asked if they had any better ones. they grab me another, which was no better, but what really grinded my gears is they put the salad I returned back on the shelf. I had the salad for five minutes before I had gotten to it, imagine what I could’ve done to it had I was that kinda person. I’m not, but none the less, returned food should be canned, not thrown back on the shelf for the next sucker. I spoke to the manager and pretty much nothing was done. I cook for a living, hence I get outta work late and sometimes have to resort to fast food, however after that I’ll go hungry before I eat there again

Iv had nothing but bad experiences at this McDonald’s. The new owners never try to make the consumer happy. A few weeks ago i got my mother in law a fish sandwich. To our surprise it was filled with little bones she could have choked on!!! I called and complained and was told«they couldn’t do anything about that» and hung up. Again last week I wanted just a 1 $ cheeseburger at 12am after a busy night at work and didn’t have time to eat at work. I waited in drive through for over 15 minutes. I then got irritated and went inside to find myself waiting another 10 minutes. I complained but nothing was done. Finally on my day off yesterday I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with his favorite meal I asked for it plain because of allergies that I told them about in advance. When I got home he unwrapped his sandwich and it was loaded with things he had allergies too… I will never ever ever recommend this place to anyone for a quick meal or snack

I sometimes stop at the McDonald’s on Hanover St when I’m driving through the neighborhood. This McDonald’s is smaller compared to the other locations in Manchester, a 1990s style McDonald’s with drive-thru. The seating is close together and the self serve cold drink station is in the front corner of the store. I’ve seen the service here has gotten a little better over the past few years. I can remember when this place was really really slow, even during non-busy times. I use the drive-thru and I also go inside to get food too. During breakfast hours, the service is usually decent and I usually get my Egg White Delight McMuffin sandwiches in under 5 minutes. I also stop in here for late night eats when I get out of work late or on my way home from downtown Manch. I always sit in the cramped front seating area in front of the counter and near the self serve drink station, enjoying my Filet O Fish, salty fries, and bottomless ice cold Diet Coke as I take advantage of the free wifi access. However, there are no power outlets in the lobby/dining area. ACCESS: Full access via East Side Plaza main driveway and enter only from Hanover St EB.

Not once — but TWICE in over a week did I get a breakfast burrito that was hard and dried out — as if it sat there for hours until being nuked to death! Today, I took one bite and spit it out as it was so RANCID. I usually stop by here daily, but forget it, even though some of the people are nice, if they can’t control their food quality, it’s not happening. If I were not already on the road I would have turned around and dropped the disgusting thing on their counter. They’re going to make somebody very sick — if they haven’t already done so.
