Very unhappy with this place right now. My daughter and I have been with them for over 2 years. It was going well for a while, then it all started to go south. First they sold me a 5 $ a month insurance telling me how great it is. Well I paid on it for 25 months, then I dropped the phone I paid 79 for cracking the screen. That is when I found out how pointless it is, They wanted a 200 deductible, then they would send me a phone that was selling for $ 29 as a replacement. I think not. I bought another phone. Then 2 months ago I added my son to my plan. He got a terrible number. It rings off the hook with out of state calls. All hours of the night. I have over 200 numbers on my deny list and new ones just keep on coming. I thought with time and blocking I could fix it. I couldn’t. So I went into this store today and told them the issues. They wanted $ 15 to give me a new number. Saying it is only free when you turn on. Ya, I knew I was going to have this problem that day? I showed the guy the call log to show him I was not exaggerating. He didn’t care to even look. I can understand If it was something of my own fault, don’t want my number known etc… but this was thier bad and was from the start. I refuse to be with a company that want to nickel and dime me to death. I want to use a company that cares about stuff like this. And who is to say I get another bad number? With customer service like this I can see how they go though numbers. They are about to get 3 more on the 18th of this month, when my current month ends and then they will have all 3 of our familys numbers back. Horrible…
