I’m not sure if what I just ate was actually Chinese food. It was disgusting and it all tasted like cardboard. Food looked like it had been sitting out all day. Crab Rangoon is the size of a quarter and absolutely awful. The fried rice doesn’t have real egg(which they provided a disclaimer stating there is an industry-wide shortage of egg so they are trying a new recipe). Um, what?! However, staff is very friendly and place was fairly clean.

I go into this Panda Express quite regularly. I normally don’t arrive till around 820−830pm because of work. When I arrived they had a lot of food already taken down for the night. Note they don’t even close till 930. I asked if they could make some honey walnut shrimp and they said no because they were getting ready to close and had the fryers off. Ugh I’m sorry but you don’t close till 930 a hour later! I told her this and she had nothing to say about it. I got my other order in and I settled for some honey sesame chicken that had looked like it was sitting there for hours. I also asked if that meant that they couldn’t make any cheese ragoon since they had none made but she asked the cook and he said ok with an unpleasant look. As I wait to check out there is no one in front of me and about 6 workers that are all cleaning and not doing anything else as I wait there for a good 3 – 4 min just standing there. I work in the service industry cutting hair and if someone walks in a min before close guess what I have to cut their hair. So when I come in an hour before close and ask if you can make me some honey walnut shrimp you should say yes we will get right on that not make an excuse because your to lazy to do anything else.

Came in today for the first time in a while. Haven’t been coming in as much as usual. Greeted by the attentive manager and received a very warm welcome. Manager could tell I wasn’t have the best of days and gave me a free drink. Made my day with service and great food. Will be coming back again very soon

Panda Express is Chinese fast food, this location itself is located within a shopping complex with limited outside seating. The inside is clean and modern with enough seating to accommodate even the busiest lunch hours. Unlike some locations there is not a drive-thru here, so you will have to go inside to order your food. The staff at this location has always been friendly and the service is usually fast, when I am in the mood for quick and casual Chinese fast food this location manages to get it right.

Came here on a whim for a quick bite to eat on Monday night and there was nobody at the food line/counter. When they came, I noticed a lot of food was either mostly gone or looked as if it had been sitting there since the morning. I asked for brown rice and they told me they were all out. I ordered my meal and paid $ 9 for what turned out to be heaps of congealed goo with a bunch of salt. I got chicken and coconut shrimp. They charged me more for certain entrée items(the shrimp) and didn’t really let me know and it didn’t say on the menu board. Pretty disappointed with quality and service. I get that it is fast Chinese food but I could have gone to any other fast food Chinese and got the meal cheaper with better quality.

love this place, although to always seem to get full off of only 2 bites into my chicken! I normally order a panda bowl with fried rice, orange chicken and a side of crab rangoon. I loooove it but feel as if I’m practically throwing money away because I don’t end up eating anything besides the few pieces of chicken I’m given. :(

Apparently they close at 8:40 because they ran out of food. That is not customer service.

From the moment I entered the establishment I could feel the positive energy from all the staff. I’m surprised by a place that has such few staff how fast an efficient these people are. The food was excellent, price was fair, and the staff was courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location for friends and family.

I always get the Panda Bowl with fried rice, orange chicken, and a side of cream cheese rangoons — it fills you up and is under $ 10! Can’t beat that.

I like the fact that I can sample before I buy.

Drawn in this place because they sent out coupons to try a new steak n shrimp dish. I also purchased some fried rice to go along with the tiny sample that was given away for free. Possibly the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The fried rice was not cooked correctly at all, a bunch wasn’t even cooked at all. Some had the consistency of rice right out of a bag! The new beef/shrimp dish, blah, plus it was mostly potatoes. I have never had potato in any Chinese dish before. Will not return.

The food here is good. I will give them that. However, the past 4 times i have been here, the service has been terrible. From long lines, to only one person behind the counter which makes the line move snail slow, to promising to bring out an entrée item they were short on and then forgetting, to trays that are more or less empty, this place has gone downhill the last 6 months. Each of the last 4 visits something was wrong from a service side. They need to hire more people. This place is chronically understaffed every time I go here and it should not take 15 minutes in line to get your food at this place, even if it is a lunch time. I will never go back to this location. Today was the last straw.

This is a really solid location for your fast food chinese fix. The food is always prepared well, never been to syrupy or too dry. Its always clean and the line isn’t every too long. Of the Panda Express locations around, this one is my favorite. Specifically speaking to their service, while we were sitting, two women came in in a tizzy because they had thrown away one of their credit cards. They knew exactly which can it was tossed into. The management quickly called upon the specific associate that had emptied that can and he was able to go to the dumpster, and reclaim her credit card immediately. I mean, it was actually quite impressive because he found it within a minute. He knew exactly where to look. I think it points to the organization and attention to detail that is ingrained in the team at this store and that is why their food is always just right. love it.

Ok, I’m not a fan of franchised restaurants. It’s not that I don’t patronize franchises, because I clearly do if worthy and this is on of those that is worthy. First, they have great tasting food that is made fresh throughout the day. They have great vegetables in their dishes. Those include red, orange and yellow peppers and none of those nasty green peppers. Also, onions, zucchini and many more fresh choices. Secondly, you can get a mix of fresh streamed vegetables and rice or noodles. The portion size of the rice and noodles is just way too much, so it’s nice to mix in fresh veggies with it. Finally, the price is exceptional. I like to get the two entrée meal. I usually get the Firecracker chicken, when available, or the Kung Pao. There are many other delicious dishes from which to choose, but I usually stick with my favorites. The service at this particular location, and pretty much all locations that I’ve visited, has been friendly and prompt. It’s a «cafeteria style» ordering process, which is fine with me. The line of other hungry patrons can get quite lengthy, especially at The Galleria location, but they always seem to get me through in a reasonable amount of time. Quick, fresh and a value are always attributes I will choose.

One of the only(maybe THE only?) stand-alone Panda Express locations in the St. Louis area. Just as the locations in mall food courts have a long line, this place was no exception. I didn’t see the Bear Claw plate advertised on the official website, so that might be a limited promotion. Here’s what I get(and recommend): Mixed Veggies(instead of noodles/rice) — their veggies are pretty fresh! Honey Walnut Shrimp — $ 1 surcharge but worth it Mandarin Chicken — say«yes» to the sauce Steamed Potstickers — you get 3, I like ‘em better than their crab rangoon Water — the water was ice, ice cold — I hate 2 or 3 cups

I came here with a friend with a buy one get one free entrée coupon. Since it’s fast food and more geared towards Americanized Chinese food(lots of sauce) I thought it was pretty decent and what I’d expected, although WAY spicier than I thought it would be! If you like spicy food Panda Express is the place to go because their spicy shrimp was REALLY spicy. The only thing that I wish they’d told me was that the shrimp entrée would cost more(which they didn’t mention until they rang me up at the register). I think they advertised that there was no MSG in the food which I appreciated. I might come back here if I have another coupon and need something fast, but I won’t go out of my way to come here.
