I am glad there are many other places where I can count on being treated politely, professionally, and objectively. I have never encountered a business owner that would not take the time to understand an issue and help resolve it in some fashion. I was extremely disappointed in my interaction with this business, and the only take away I can offer, is at least this happened before I trusted this business to do any major work on my vehicle.

Saw their sign on the side of Maple street which said $ 20 state inspection, no BS, no up sell. So I took my 2008 Honda Civic in which is dealer maintained for my annual check. Everything was OK except I needed new shocks he says. I left and paid my $ 20 and when I got home I did the old bounce test, car seemed fine. Since I have an extended warranty I took the car to the dealership (Autofair Honda) and had them check it out.
I mentioned the Randall story to them and they checked the shocks and said they were fine and put a sticker on the car and I was on my way.
I think Randall was trying to sell me some shocks. What happened to no BS, no up sell??? I won’t be back and cannot recommend them at all.

The communication with the owner Randy is TERRIBLE. He is a smug, know-​it-​all jerk who does not care about customers, only about making money. Take your business elsewhere, where you will be more appreciaited and people will actually call you back.

On first impression this shop was the answer to my wishes. Someone who didn’t seem to try to upsell you or take you for a ride.
After my state inspection I was told a call would be made on my behalf regarding transmission work I really need to get done. I called to follow up one day after they told me they’d call me, and was met with a sort of stand-​offish attitude, but was told they’d still make that call.
About four hours later, I called back and when he told me they’d not made the call on my behalf, I asked if I should start calling around myself. He said, «yes,» and hung up on me.
Severely disappointing, especially considering how well I’d thought things had started off.
I don’t recommend this place… Off to start the search again!
