Bad experience

Worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever gotten. My 3 year-​old could have done a better job. I asked for a French manicure that turned out terrible, uneven, discolored, and looked like the work of an amateur that had just learned what a French manicure was.
My toes didn’t turn out quite as bad — but were still awful, uneven, and unprofessional looking.
NEVER go to this place it’s a waste of time and money.

I went to Serenity spa a few weeks ago and had a fantastic massage with Sharon. I am really picky too but she is perfect and really listened to my particular needs. I felt wonderful for days afterwards. This spa has a ton of great choices and really good pricing. I can not wait to return.

I got my girlfriend the chocolate indulgence package here and when she came out afterward she looked like a whole new person. She said it was the best gift she had ever received and wants to come back to do the couple chocolate massages. They have a HUGE variety of services to choose from both with and without chocolate and I highly recommend it to any guy who needs a great gift or any woman who needs a retreat.

Serenity Spa has more services than any spa I’ve ever been too. It takes almost an hour to read through them all on their website, seriously! That being said, I enjoy them. They are quite affordable, yet professional. They always run many specials every month that can be viewed on their website. Each month, they add additional seasonal treatments to their already tremendous amount of services.
For services there, I’ve had a hot oil scalp massage, microdermabrasion, and a mud wrap & salt glow. They are a small operation, so scheduling isn’t always the easiest but worth it when you get in. I’ve played a lot of phone tag with them to get scheduled. I really wish they had online scheduling like almost all other spas these days! I’ve actually gone to other places twice because I was able to instantly schedule an appointment for the day and time needed rather than wait to have them call me back. For this reason I’d take away a star, rating them a 4. I hope they read this and consider adding an online scheduling feature at some point, the sooner the better.
They are easy to find, with plenty of parking in a private lot. Comparing them to other area spas, I’d say they lose a star for décor. While although nice inside, I still think they could improve on the spa feel overall. Little details can go a long way. Service wise itself, I’d rank them 5 stars. I wish you could rank them in different categories on Unilocal.That being said, I can’t wait to go back for a hot oil massage. They have 5 kinds to chose from based on your specific needs. They also have a champagne massage that sounds delightful!
