Spargos

I have only been here for breakfast, but loved it! The portions were large, and the food was good. The waitress was very friendly and provided great service.
This restaurant wasn’t around when I grew up in Manchester, but I enjoy going when I’m in town.

Went to Spargo’s for breakfast Columbus Day. Menu is egg-​heavy, but they had a special pumpkin pancake. I asked if they could make a pumpkin waffle, and they made an awesome one!

My family enjoys going to Spargos. We go about twice a month. It’s nothing fancy, and sometimes the food is «uneven», but the family that owns Spargos is very friendly, and will happily fix anything that isn’t right (which admittedly has happen to me a few times). I just read a bad review about their pizza, and was shocked. They have what I believe to be the best pizza in the area. Their crust is wonderful.

We have given this place a few tries. Come mainly for breakfast but have stopped going. It’s just not for us. Place is kinda dirty service is slow and food is just ok.

We have officially tried them for breakfast, lunch, take out pizza and dinner (on different days of course). The breakfast was good and portions were large. Lunch was meh, and dinner wasn’t bad. The pizza we were not a fan of at all. Sauce was as disgusting as the crust. Not. Bad little restaurant, I just think the cons were out weighing the bad the staff is very friendly but the service is very s l o w. If we go back it will be for breakfast only.

We LOVE Spargos! It is hands down the best restaurant in town. It has a great family atmosphere. Maggie (one of the owners) delivers excellent customer service. Most of the time she knows what we are going to order without us saying a word. She also makes excellent recommendations when we want to deviate from our «norm.» This kind of personalized service keeps us coming back week after week. Since moving to Manchester 1.5 years ago we have become regulars sometimes eating there multiple times a week. They have great weekly specials, i.e. all you can eat ribs and shrimp on Monday’s and Tuesday’s and all you can eat crabs in the summer. Pricing is appropriate for what you receive. We’ve never had a meal we didn’t like! It’s not only a restaurant; but there’s a private party space, with a sound proof door, in the back of the restaurant and a bar downstairs. The restaurant stays open late even on the weekdays. We’re extremely happy to have this restaurant right down the road from our home. We will be regulars as long as we continue to live in the area– and we have no intention of leaving this wonderful town.

I eat here often. Once a week or more. The service is always good and so is the food. They have the best burger around. The meat tastes so good. The weekend specials are really good. My favorites include the swordfish and the raspberry drizzled scallops. Both excellent choices. Wednesdays ribeye steak night is a regular for me as well great baked potatoes.

Nothing about our experience stood out. Met up for a business lunch and I ordered a salad and the cream of crab soup. The soup was luke warm and wasn’t seasoned all that well (under seasoned) and the Salad was just a disappointing mix of ingredients of average quality (a lot of ice burg lettuce, cherry tomatoes that were like land mines… they might explode in a bad way if you know what I mean) Service was average. Yeah the experience was just eh overall.

Needs more tables to sit at. Local music is always amazing though! Food good, drinks good price. Typical local bar.
