Last time I was in, the two folks behind the counter were (1) rude, (2) definitely inconvenienced by my coming in to order a sandwich, and (3) smelling like smoke because they spent most of the night out front smoking, only coming inside to make sandwiches. Decidedly unpleasant. I am a pretty devoted Subway fan but, like with any franchise, local ownership controls quality on the ground. This particular Subway is lower quality than most.
