We have been going to this location since we moved out to the Chesterfield area last fall. It’s a very nice place. I have been to David there several times and he is obviously a talented, young hair cutter. We have also been to Sierra who has done a very nice job. My only suggestion is to improve customer service and try to make the customers feel appreciated (it currently feels a little flat). Building relationships with clients will build business. We really like this location and the staff.

I initally went to this place for convenience of location and had a stylist (who is no longer there) who listened to my requests and devised a plan for development and maintenance of a style which I was greatly pleased with…
On a very recent visit, hoping to follow up with a «trim» for the seasons, photos, events. etc. I was received by a cutter, who, even following my presenting her photos in the Salon of the length and style I desired, gave me a 10 minute scissors and clipper job which was in no way close to what I wanted… (I can’t even run a comb through the sides now), and when I told her it was «far shorter than I wanted», her response was, «sorry about that, I’ll put some notes in your account for the next time…»
I’m certain that there will be no next time. I agree with the prior comments that, «you get what [and who] you pay for… I can only guess that her interpretation of ¼th inch is 1 inch.

Usually have no problem. Last time I went in I believe it was the manager that cut my hair, and she butchered it. I look like a child got to me with a scissors. I guess you get what you pay for.

Terrance was our granddaughters savior. We are vacationing on spring break and noticed our 9 year old grand daughter had a huge knot of hair at the base of her neck. It was HUGE! She must have been hiding it in a pony tail for a very long time. We thought it would have to be cut out and we prepared her for a very short haircut but luckily for our granddaughter Terrance was working today. He asked us if we would let him try to get it worked out. We were very skeptical but let him have a shot. His persistence paid off. Hours later her long hair is still intact with flowing curls. He saved her from a short short cut and she is so very grateful and happy. I HIGHLY recommend everyone go to super cuts and ask for Terrance. He is such a sweet, caring person. Not many people would have taken the time, knowing we could not be repeat customers, that he did.
We cannot thank Terrance enough for his kindness and hard work.

I love supercuts! In every state I’ve lived, I’ve always turned to supercuts to actually listen to what I want, and do it correctly. This one was no different. I believe it was Ashley who cut my hair, and it turned out perfectly. I have long straight hair, and am one of those people who is always hesitant to get it cut because everyone hears «1.5 inches» and cuts 3.5 inches. My hair was getting scraggly and really needed to be cut, so I bit the bullet and did it. 10 minutes and $ 15 later, it was 1.5 inches shorter, with clean even layers that flow naturally (and as requested, nothing shorter than shoulder length), and looks PERFECT. Thank you!
