The store staff is super friendly and helpful. If they happen to own the phone that you’re buying/​looking for then they are more than happy to whip it out and show you all the neat features on it. The store is in a convenient location and you can pay your bill and get all the info you need on their services. I love T-​mobile and they always have great, consistent customer service over the phone and in person. The store is clean and well stocked with everything you could ever possibly want for a phone.
