Walked in on a Sunday afternoon for some lunch. After sitting at the bar and greeting the bartender(she couldn’t be bothered to greet me) I told her that I was starving and would love a menu. Five minutes later she came back and asked if I needed anything. I asked for the menu that I had not been given yet. She huffed, rolled her eyes, and that should have been enough to walk out. I am just so damn hungry at this point I didn’t want to start over someplace else. I flagged her down and I was able to put in my order Burger/Fries no biggie.(or so I thought) Fifteen minutes later she asked if I needed another beer and I said I would love one when my food came. She headed to the kitchen and came back empty handed. She told me that they never got the order. YUP it was now time to go. When I told her that I was going to leave so she should cancel my food order she handed me my bill for one beer… really? So I guess the bottom line is I wish you luck if you go here hungry.

Not a true sports bar! We went in last night to watch the NCAA tournament and they had Comedy Central on every TV. The staff was watching. Finished our beer and left.

This place is amazing. The atmosphere, the food, the drinks, the people! Thursday nights they have live band which is just another touch to the experience.

Nothing new to see here. Walked down to check out the lunch specials, headed to the bar to ask for a menu, had to wait until the bartender was done telling two gentleman«yeah then he hits me up on Facebook like telling me like you’re a smoke you’re a smoke», good classy service. Specials were typical bar food. Due to lack of service, moved on. The Dugout will be popular with a certain crowd for a period of time but long term, I don’t see it lasting, just nothing special.

I love going to Dugout! The food is always fresh cooked and HOT, the people who work here are pleasant and friendly, and the drinks as inexpensive! The wings here are arguably some of the best in Queen City and Dugout has an awesome selection of flavors for the wings(the honey mustard flavor is incredible). The atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly, it feels as though everyone is accepted here. The other people I’ve run into are friendly and have no problems starting conversations with strangers at the bar! Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a great place to go for a meal and a drink after work. I’d say you could get a meal and a couple beers here and spend less than $ 15! Not bad based on the quality of the food and service!

Welcome to Fenway Park! Boston’s own steaming pile of steel and concrete resting on top of marshland that was created the year the Titanic sunk. The Dugout is a homage to the all Boston Sports(especially the Red Socks). They painted the walls green and did an impressive job with the New England sports décor. Unfortunately, it’s flaws are that they are too much like the real Fenway Park. The menu features cheap fried-food and the price point for beer is WAY too high($ 4 for Bud Light)! If they would increase that beer price by a few dollars, they could really be Fenway Park! Also, don’t expect to find much local good craft beer here. From the looks of the taps, I’d guess they use Amoskeag Beverages as a distributor. Amoskeag has a dictatorship-like bureaucracy that slaps the hands of any bar owner who dares to go outside the realm of the offerings they ship. It’s a shame because Dugout actually could be the go-to spot for all New England sports games but Manchester’s downtown bar/restaurant market is saturated with other options that are– frankly– so much better picks. For now, The Dugout will stand and probably remain quite popular with the exact type of people it’s built for: Die-Hard Sox’s Fans. You can find Dugout just off Elm Street, look for the small sign with a baseball logo that looks like it came straight off of Microsoft Word’s «ClipArt» offerings.

Wow! Since Maggie’s went out, we were looking for something comparable to watch the Pats games. We typically have a group of 8 – 12. This was perfect! Tons of TVs, god food and good beer specials. Only thing being is the $$ for the amount of wings you get. But the wings were good. Suggest wing specials during game day. Amy was a great waitress, and the nice touch was Josh(part owner) stopped by several times to see how things were going! We’ll be back!

So I will say that I am truly impressed with what they’ve done with this far first off you walk down a set of stairs into the bar setting the mood that you’re walking into a dugout and the first thing that you notice walking in the door is this is a sports bar let me repeat that this is a sports bar they got the décor 100% right. The wait staff and bartenders are extremely attentive, very friendly and they execute customer orders efficiently and quickly. The food coming out of the kitchen looks, smells and tastes amazing also service out of the kitchen is very expedient, appetizers were coming out quickly, main courses to follow shortly afterwards. I would strongly recommend coming here whether it’s with a bunch of friends or even just by yourself to catch the game and drink a few beers the layout of the place is fantastic there are little pockets with tables in them so you can sit in a secluded corner and hang out privately with your friends or you can belly up to the bar and be front row this is an excellent place to go five stars well earned.

Classic local sports bar in the basement of the old Brimer. I can see myself bellied up here during some Pats games. Flatbread pizza was Okay, Wings were really good…

This new sports bar is pretty good for what it is. The amount of televisions is insane. It’s pretty small inside and gets incredibly small as more people pour in, but the staff is friendly enough. It’s good to have this type of place in Manchester since a good sports bar is lacking and might fit your wants for a game, though it’s nothing you haven’t seen before.
