I have always been a healthy gym guy. When i came to the station my goal was to study martial arts and train techniques nothing much more. About 2 and a half to 3 months down the road, between the kickboxing, kung fu and Brazilian jiu jitsu i found myself down 30 pounds! Which was a complete and pleasant suprise to me since i wasnt really watching my weight so i hadnt stepped on the scale in a long time. And with the recent addition of Muay Thai just adds another dimention of what i offered here i love it! The people are great the atmosphere is awesome upbeat and condusive to achieving goals. The trainers are top notch individuals who actually care about the«person» thats in the facility. This gym is family/kid friendly, its the kind of place you go when you just dont feel like doing anything because once your done you will feel 10 times better.

Thanks to The Training Station I finally have the body I’ve always dreamed of having! I’ve met some fantastic people and have enjoyed some serious butt-kicking workouts! I especially like their multi-class schedule which allows me to get my workout in no matter what’s going on in my life!

I’ve been going to The Training Station for over a year now, and I have to say I have never had a better workout in my life! The number of classes as well as the beautiful facility make scheduling time to work out easy and enjoyable, and Christina and Terry are both excellent teachers and wonderful people. I would highly recommend giving The Training Station a try whether you’re someone looking to train in martial arts or work on your own personal fitness.
