Things Remembered

About a year ago I was working on a show over at the Little Theatre of Manchester, and there were a few key people that really helped me out a lot, so I wanted to do something nice for them. I walked around things remembered and thought maybe I would get them shot glasses with the name and date of the show engraved into it.
I placed the order and the woman who worked there was extrememly nice. It was a bit expensive and she searched long and hard for a coupon for me to use to help me out.
When I picked up the order though on 3 of the 4 shot glasses there M in LTM was missing, no idea why. So I had to sit there for 45 minutes while they re-​carved them. You would think that a big store like that, who makes their living on engraving would double check for that sort of stuff, but I guess not!
