I have lived in the Twin Towers since the early 90’s and I love it. Yes there are noises from the neighbors, but the large windows and high ceilings are great. The previous reviewer is incorrect. The condos were built in 1985. When you have the storm windows installed the leakage is minimal. The top floor units have 12 foot ceiling height which is great also. The building recently put in a perimeter fence and electric gates for security for the cars. You can’t beat the price if you own your own unit. I have fixed mine up and I really like it.
