Melissa is the best… due to unforeseen circumstances, I was given the responsibility of getting a gift for my husbands assistant This responsibility was even more challenging, because I had the flu. I desperately searched for any gift basket/​delivery service in the Mandeville/​Covington area. I found myself limited to florist only, as I needed delivery service, AND I needed «same day» delivery service. I finally decided to face the reality that I would have to send flowers, rather than something more personal. I called several local florist, with the hope of adding chocolates with the delivery of flowers. The only thing I was finding, was disappointment. My third call was to Melissa, at Ambiance Flowers For All Occasions. When I asked about adding a personal touch to the traditional flower bouquet, I received a glorious surprise! Ambiance had candles, body lotion, scented soap and body gel… several different brands, and numerous fragrant scents. But she didn’t stop there — Melissa understood that I wanted a delicate scent, not something that would overpower a room. She smelled the different lotions and candles while describing the aromas as floral, or clean and subtly. She was so detail oriented. She patiently walked me through other things in her shop that I could add to this gift basket, to ensure the basket looked full and generous. On top of all this personal attention, she was actually going to be able to make and deliver this gift basket… BEFORE the end of the work day. I am told, the recipient of the gift basket was thrilled and «loved it». Ambiance Flower For All Occasions has more than just flowers. Their services go far beyond flowers and delivery. On this occasion, they were my own «personal shopper».

Ordered flowers for new momma at the hospital. Told florist I wanted soft pastels, pinks and lilacs and flower arrangement delivered was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend.
