Atmosphere Movers

The company has been very professional. We had to move my dad twice in two years. Prompt courteous and very professional. Would recommend them.

Great experience! Staff was very professional and movers were efficient and extremely polite. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of moving services.

1. One of the movers stole a previously unopened, unused air mattress from my belongings and slept on it for several nights. When I confronted Atmosphere’s owner about this, he first lied about it («It was left on the back of a truck.»), then he admitted that it had been used by one of his employees, but said that it had been intended to go to Goodwill (isn’t that the property owner’s decision, and not the movers’?). Finally, Atmosphere admonished me for not including this specific item in my inventory, indicating that if every single box is not listed on the inventory of items to move, it is up for grabs. Note to anyone considering using Atmosphere – better make sure you list EVERY single item to ensure that it doesn’t get taken by the movers.
2. The movers damaged my house and furniture on moving day. I got estimates from professionals to present to Atmosphere, and they only reimbursed me less than half of the estimated costs of repairs, stating that the repair estimates were «excessive.»
3. The movers did not finish the job. I was left to move over a dozen SUV-​full trips between my old house and my new house.
4. From the time I first made the owner of Atmosphere aware of these issues to the time I was reimbursed for the air mattress and a fraction of the cost of repairs, over FOUR months passed. I left at least seven messages that went unreturned before getting the Better Business Bureau involved, at which point I finally got a return call from the owner. When I spoke to the owner, he never once offered an apology, but he insulted my intelligence and accused me of complaining for the sole purpose of «getting money» from him.
This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Louis and Jeremy were great. They moved everything with care. They arrived a tad late, but otherwise we were really happy. We did not need to use their truck as we just needed them to pack our Uhaul. It was a little more expensive than I would expect, regardless nothing was dropped, thrown, broken or destroyed. I would recommend them to friends.

Absolutely the worst business interaction i have ever experienced.
Arrived 6 hours late after confirming appt day before for 8am. No answer or return calls all day. When arrived they were very rude and not once apologized.
Damaged lamp, table, and scratched bed. Items were never repair or replaced.
When I spoke with the owner (Chet) the following Monday regarding me experience I was told, «if I had known you would have this attitude about my company I would have told my crew to skip you, business is good and I didn’t need yours».
This company was contracted by my job for a relocation so it was paid for by my company and I still had this absolutely terrible experience.
Make sure you do not use atmosphere movers.
