Bippo’s Place For Smiles

It’s a great atmosphere for the kids and so far the staff has been great, but the wait is atrocious. The office is always slammed and the wait times are too long. We’re talking hours. They are overwhelmed in my opinion. I always leave with a migraine because of the amount of screaming kids. I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I can’t. I’m looking for another dentist.

Horrible experience! After waiting three hours in the waiting room, they finally saw us and I was not even allowed to be in the same room while my three year old was being treated. They gave her anesthesia and laughing gas and my daughter came out very disoriented. They used the old style of aluminum caps and fillings. They have a white amalgam on hand but they won’t use it if your insurance won’t pay for it, even if you agree to come out of pocket and pay for the better filling. I think they are just stingy with materials and don’t want to take their time and do it right. They even told me that it’s just a baby tooth, it will fall out anyway. The office secretary was rude.
P. s. I swore I would never go to Bippos again, but we had to because of a dental emergency. Three hour wait… again. Lady was still rude.

Bippo’s is a dentist geared towards kids.
As you enter through the children’s entrance, it is like walking into a play room. The walls are painted in bright colors and there are displays along the wall of what appear to be scenes from children’s books. Inside the office there is a giant fish tank with several Nemo character fish. The fish tank is inside of a simulated rock formation. Kids can enter the rock formation and view the tank from behind too. There are also several computer touch screens mounted on the wall of the waiting area so kids can play games while waiting for the dentist. Outside is a giant playground with slides, etc.
The staff here is very friendly. they understand kids, and make sure they are well taken care of. If it is their first trip, a costumed Bippo will come out and take a photo with your child. They then print the photo and give it to you before you leave.
The dentists and hygienists do a very good job. They are patient with the children and explain things to the parents very thoroughly.
I highly recommend this dentist office if you have children.
